the hotel personal are thieves, they have stolen my bag with 1 musical computer, my new clothes, new 2 t-shirts, 1 new jeans trosers, 2 jackets with 100 USD in ones pocket, 2 pullovers, my Visa credit card, even my iron and many usefull things while detaind by bastards of migration police turks are thieves and bastards

Dont go here. Seedy place. Had me on the list booked and paid but said they didn't have a room.Had to find alternative accommodation. Ladies of the night in and out all day and night. Definite NO

If you have ever been in jail, you'll feel like home. Every second in that room was a nightmare. We used the room as a locker and we slept 3 hours before leaving it. Doesn't even deserve one star.

As a tourist, it was the worst place that i’ve ever seen. There was a rude reception, small, funky and super noisy rooms, the worst air conditioning that you should ask for remote control because there wasn’t any remote control in the room !!!!
I’ve been to lots of hotels such as 1 star to 5 stars but i couldn’t sleep whole night and I leave the hotel though I booked the hotel for 7 nights !! besides, thed didn’t return my money!
Please DO NOT choose this hotel even if you have to sleep in the street.

Nice location, but the reception is so rude..
I booked through a third party and messaged them if I could come and luggage my luggage before i check in , once I walked in he was kind of kicking me. He said “ reservation”? I said no and showed him his message, he said there’s no place it’s full and started getting nuts , absolutely rude he wasn’t ready to even read my translation and the message they sent themselves to me where they were saying “ no problem “ with regard to my request

Great hotel in the centre of Istanbul with excellent service and great breakfast.

The rooms were very small we didn’t have a place to walk.
Even the bathroom was so small
The bed was so tiny we couldn’t sleep normally with the stres if we fall to the ground in the middle of night.
The staff wasn’t friendly at all
The breakfast wasn’t tasty and it didn’t have option to choice
The walls were very thin we heard every noise outside our room
And this place was like burdelo there were a line of men’s waiting to get massage by two women’s
I can say that is not a place to go with your family
The only good thing was the internet
And that this motel was in the city center

From our warm welcome by mr Nadir to the impeccable recommendations and clean room! Every detail was perfect. The attentive staff went above and beyond, and the serene atmosphere made for a truly rejuvenating stay. The location was perfect for exploring Istanbul! We were so pleased and look forward to returning.

Amazing Hotel, was here in October 2024 with my family and they treated me with amazing care, amazing food and a friendly atmosphere. Even though it was a bit compact all rooms were all clean and always managed to help us when we first entered the country and left. Helped us organise stuff to do around Istanbul like cruises across the ocean and more and was more then a service but was a good friend. Excellent choice if your staying in Istanbul.

This is my first time visiting Istanbul and I am very happy with the conditions of this hotel.
Overall maximum grade.
For perfectionists you will probably always find many disadvantages, but if you want a hotel placed in a very good area, with a very good breakfast buffet, at a very good price and with a staff worthy of appreciation - I highly recommend this hotel.
I've been here for 3 days and I'll stay a few more days.
One mistake on the part of the receptionist (For which I have all the respect and I give it the highest grade for kindness) was that he passed me the POS payment note in Turkish lira instead of the euro conversion and initially I paid much less than I should have to pay.
They checked later and it was fixed immediately.
All respect for the reception and the people in the kitchen.
I read several reviews before choosing this hotel and many of the negative reviews are not true. The hotel has been renovated and is still being refurbished.
Grade 10 from me. I am convinced that the staff does everything possible to make you feel at home. 🇹🇷🇹🇩
