I had a wonderful stay at Divas Hotel. The location is perfect and the atmosphere is very welcoming and comfortable. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel at home.
A special thank you to Dilbar, who prepares the breakfast every morning. She is always so friendly, kind, and welcoming. You can really see the effort and care she puts into the food. Breakfast was always fresh, tasty, and prepared with a smile. She truly makes the mornings special.
I also want to mention Rustom and Younus at reception. They are very professional, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Their service was excellent, and they made my stay smooth and stress free.
Overall, I highly recommend Divas Hotel. The staff are amazing and they really make a difference. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Diva Hotel with our family, and it was simply wonderful! We really liked the clean and cozy rooms, delicious food, and attentive staff. The atmosphere is great, everything is designed for a comfortable stay. We had an amazing time and will definitely come back, as we haven’t yet managed to see everything we wanted!

I didn’t like the hotel. It doesn’t look anything like the photos — the rooms are very small and old. The bathrooms are also very unpleasant and outdated. The place feels neglected and not clean.
The only good thing was the staff — they were polite and tried to help.
However, the location is great, close to all the main tourist attractions and the Grand Bazaar.

this is not a actual hotel what you see in pictures. real hotel is way different not according to Europe standard at all is only for few hours fun 😀 I hope you understand. most of things you find broken shower 🚿 curtains evan floors what is cleaning 🤔 this people don't know. if you complain 🤷 then mite you in trouble. best avoid it

Divas hotel is an affordable place to come to for a holiday. The hygiene however is lacking, the toilet feels like it’s moving when your sat on it. The sink is disgusting. The cleaners come in as a guise to clean but just put fresh towels and toilet roll. The photos on the website are not like the hotel rooms In real life. I will the say the location is good as the blue mosque is not to far away. They need to renovate or something to make the hotel better, plus the same breakfast everyday.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The service was impeccable, the rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of.

The location was perfect, the amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was both relaxing and luxurious. I can confidently say this was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. Highly recommended – I will definitely be coming back!

I stayed at this hotel with my father for 7 days. The location is impeccable. We stayed in one of the rooms facing the hippodrome and it was really worth it. The breakfast was also very good and varied and the view was just wonderful. But the best part of this hotel was its kind, professional and friendly staff. Everyone, from the ladies who prepared breakfast, to the house keepers, to the receptionists, were all extremely warm and friendly. Mr. Mesut, the manager was incredibly helpful and gave us a lot of good guidance on what to do and see. He was really polite, kind nad professional. I can't say enough about how welcome him and his team made us feel. Next time we are in Istanbul, we will do our best to book a room with them again. 5 stars.

small and nice hotel very central, easy to get around in every part of the city. the staff is polite and kind I was in Istanbul for work and a bit of vacation I managed to do both without problems. they recommended me a place not very touristy and very Turkish and I was able to play a bit.. thank

Very safe hotel , with a great location, i was very comfortable living in it because its beside a police station.

Negatives :
- elevator is too small , it can take 3 maximum without the bags
- breakfast is not varied, repeated , everyday the same food, with a very very small changes
- food is too expensive, i bought a Sandwich for 600TL

Positives :
- Ali is a great guy , helped me a lot , i hope for him a good day
- staff is very cooperative and friendly thanks to them
- the hotel takes the customer reviews seriously

What can I say about this hotel, pure hospitality and a must stay when your in Istanbul. Take it from me the service is special especially Mehmut and Sena who always greet you and take care of you whenever you need. Sena especially well done! The breakfast is fresh whenever you need no matter what time you get up. If you need a top up a fresh portion it will be made for you.
