It's a budget hotel with a very friendly staff. Rooms were clean. Hotel seemed old with no renovations but the price compliments the service. It's close to Aksray station which is big plus.

Stay many times Merdan hotel.
Very good stay in this hotel.
Friendly hotel personal. Fast Check in and Check out. Good bed, all very clean.

Cleaning and breakfast were good.
Very closed to the metro station but The refrigerator wasn't working and hidden inside the locker behind the bed!
No laundry or clothes Wash machine.
No kettle for boiling water or a coffee machine.
No ventilation fan in the WC. AC wasn't giving sufficient cold air.

It Has Kinde and careful staff .room was clean and cleaned every day . Good price and very close to the tramway station. Including nice breakfast.
