A good hotel located at 15 minutes walking distance from Havabus pickup/drop off point.
A lot of local eateries are available nearby.
Rooms are clean, warm and tidy. Got the room at 22 euro (including breakfast) for 1 night.

This is worst hotel and scammed guest money , also this is post on Agoda , if you book any hotel in Agoda need to Becareful , because Agoda don’t check before and let those scammed hotel post on the website and scammed guest money . Do not book this hotel is scammed also the area taksim was ok but the hotel location is poor scary location .

To begin with, they lied and scammed us for our reservation. When we showed up, they said we didn't have a reservation, yet they took the money online. We ended up paying again (More than online), we also confirmed all around if there was another with same name that we may have confused, but no. In the end, we went to our room only to my shock, room can hardly fit our stuff and us, and smelled like sewers. If you're looking to throw your money, discomfort and crazy experience, go for this place. Otherwise, Rent ANOTHER Locatiin!!!!

i don't advise anyone these hotel rooms are very bad. shower is broken. all walk around little by little. They do not provide air conditioning control. because she doesn't think it's necessary. And with every complaint they say one thing. that this is not a 5 star hotel. even 1 star is too much. This was my view

Very rude personal.
Walls made from paper (you can hear every sound).
Tiny room, does not look like on the pictures.
Balcony door didn't close till the end, so there was a lot of noises from the outside .

It was clean and staff were so helpful about guiding me for my holiday. As i paid it was good and even better than that

I had pleasant stay here. It was close to Taksim square.
Room was ok. Bed was comfy and clean, there was an exit door leading to a fire stairs landing that was the closets thing to a balcony if you’ll like to take a look at the neighbourhood. Air conditioner and tv will make your rest a bit more enjoyable.
the shower needs some work as it didn’t drain properly and sprayed unevenly.
For the price I really can’t complain. Unthought upon arrival I was first turned away do to booking misunderstanding. But this was my fault. I don’t think turning a customer away was the right thing to say at the time. But it was sorted out after the manager showed up.
Over all I’ll use the hotel again if need to for its price and convenient location.

The rooms were very small we didn’t have a place to walk.
Even the bathroom was so small
The bed was so tiny we couldn’t sleep normally with the stres if we fall to the ground in the middle of night.
The staff wasn’t friendly at all
The breakfast wasn’t tasty and it didn’t have option to choice
The walls were very thin we heard every noise outside our room
And this place was like burdelo there were a line of men’s waiting to get massage by two women’s
I can say that is not a place to go with your family
The only good thing was the internet
And that this motel was in the city center

From our warm welcome by mr Nadir to the impeccable recommendations and clean room! Every detail was perfect. The attentive staff went above and beyond, and the serene atmosphere made for a truly rejuvenating stay. The location was perfect for exploring Istanbul! We were so pleased and look forward to returning.

Amazing Hotel, was here in October 2024 with my family and they treated me with amazing care, amazing food and a friendly atmosphere. Even though it was a bit compact all rooms were all clean and always managed to help us when we first entered the country and left. Helped us organise stuff to do around Istanbul like cruises across the ocean and more and was more then a service but was a good friend. Excellent choice if your staying in Istanbul.

This is my first time visiting Istanbul and I am very happy with the conditions of this hotel.
Overall maximum grade.
For perfectionists you will probably always find many disadvantages, but if you want a hotel placed in a very good area, with a very good breakfast buffet, at a very good price and with a staff worthy of appreciation - I highly recommend this hotel.
I've been here for 3 days and I'll stay a few more days.
One mistake on the part of the receptionist (For which I have all the respect and I give it the highest grade for kindness) was that he passed me the POS payment note in Turkish lira instead of the euro conversion and initially I paid much less than I should have to pay.
They checked later and it was fixed immediately.
All respect for the reception and the people in the kitchen.
I read several reviews before choosing this hotel and many of the negative reviews are not true. The hotel has been renovated and is still being refurbished.
Grade 10 from me. I am convinced that the staff does everything possible to make you feel at home. 🇹🇷🇹🇩
