The hotel is hard to find.
Personnel speak low English, but they are polite and helpful.
I liked the room, clean and with everything necessary.
I was supposed to stay 4 nights but I need to return to Tuzla.
I don't have any reason to not return again.

I am writing this review from the hotel on the morning of March 22. It is one of the worst establishments I have ever seen. There is no hot water. The rooms are cold. The guy at the reception does not know what he is doing. It is as if he was put there as a trust. If they accidentally stopped someone from the street, he would do the same thing.

The location of the hotel was really nice. It was central but still in a quiet area. The staff was extremely friendly. Unfortunately our hair dryer and fridge didnt work, but thanks to the kind staff it was replaced. The place isnt really accessible with car.
Overall it was a good experience and i will definetly book again

I reserved a deluxe room and paid more than standart room price. When i arrived to hotel they gave me standart room and they did not refund me the difference. The foreign lady is totally unfriendly. They say pos machine ia not working because they want cash money but pos machine is working. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Let's start with the only plus point: The shower was at times hot. In terms of minus points, we froze to death every night and we told them to provide us with at least an electrical heater and all we received was extra blankets which were useless. The bed was extremely tough and the springs felt like penetrating your body and bones constantly. Unlike the expectations of winter, ants were all over our belongings, including our bed, foods and clothing. Despite what was written on the website, there was no sauna. Non of the receptionists spoke a word of English. However they were well-behaved and patient, which was pointless considering the hardships we went through. To cut a long story short, we will never stay in this hotel if we ever had the chance again.

The bathroom of the economy room is just horrible, there is no other adjective. There's is mold all over the walls and bad bad smell

The rooms are new, very clean and modern. The price is quite good. The only thing is that there is a strong sewet smell coming from the bathroom :/
