Istanbul Dedem Hotel 1 in Avcilar

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.
The hotel was extremely dirty and the level of cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable.
The furniture was very old and worn out.
The walls in the room were peeling badly, literally like an orange peel.

There was even a hole in the wall under the window, and instead of fixing it properly, they placed a wooden board to cover it.
This felt unsafe and very unprofessional.

On top of all that, the staff turned off the heating and electricity for an entire night.
The weather was extremely cold, and I was left freezing with no explanation or apology.

The staff were rude, the service was terrible, and I felt completely disrespected as a guest.
I do not recommend this hotel at all and I will never stay here again.

Her açıdan son derece kötü bir deneyim yaşadım. Resepsiyondaki yaşlı görevli kesinlikle iletişime açık değil ve hiçbir şekilde konuşup anlaşmak mümkün değil. Otelde kötü bir koku var ve oda o kadar kirliydi ki içinde bir kedi bile barındırmaya uygun değildi.

This was the worst hotel service I have ever experienced in my life.
It was an extremely bad experience in every aspect. The elderly receptionist was completely uncooperative and impossible to communicate with. The place smelled bad, and the room was so dirty that it was not even suitable to keep a cat in.

The staff are opportunistic and try to take advantage of guests. They even charged 200 TL just for parking!!!

We asked to change the room but it was not available. When we saw an empty room, we were not moved. I had no choice but to ask for a room change the next day. I was told that there was no available room and I was told that there was no room available. I was very impatient and annoying (we vowed to be very friendly, harmonious and polite throughout the whole process). Later, I asked Ctrip for help. Ctrip called the hotel to confirm. I can speak English and just hang up. Ctrip went to the business manager here and there was no solution. I sent emails and they didn’t even read Ctrip. They couldn’t let me go down to communicate. I went there three times and ignored us and asked us to leave behind the bar. We really had no choice. I begged them. The hotel only installed a small 80 cm wide bed for us on the third night. For the first two nights, two people slept on the floor. The air conditioner was broken and it automatically turned off after half an hour. Then the water and electricity frequently cut off for us, and we had to run down to tell him that there was no power. He just opened their home. It’s terrible. I’m really speechless. I’d like to say something here about Ctrip’s service. It’s really good. The hotel’s service is just rubbish. I feel like I’m looking down on people. I said the breakfast is disgusting.
