I stayed for 5 nights, which is located right on the edge of a busy carriageway. Unfortunately the noise from cars and sirens went on throughout the night making hard to sleep.
Breakfast was quite bland and inconsistent, every morning something was missing whether it was plates or cutlery. The room was large but oddly had a small single bed which didn't make much sense.
On a positive note, the location is good with plenty of food, shops and cafes nearby. The beach was 30 mn walk.
Also the housekeeping lady was excellent, she did a great job keeping the room clean throughout my stay will give her 5stars

The service is very bad. There is no drinking water. There is no room service. They blackmail tourists badly. If any guest comes to you, you must pay money before receiving him. If you ask for water, you are entitled to a glass of water every day. I felt like I was under house arrest. On top of all this, when it becomes 12 at night, they cut off the electricity to the rooms to save some money. I have never seen anything worse than this place in my life. I do not recommend it at all.

Overall, the stay was pleasant, and the service was great. Serdar is very helpful and kind, always willing to assist with a positive attitude,whenever you asked about help,he was always ready to advise you. 🍀✨️
I'm giving 4 stars feedback ,only because of this smoking issue.It would be better if smoking were not allowed indoors, as the smell can be uncomfortable for non-smokers. Also, it would be a nice touch if the breakfast options changed daily to add more variety to the experience.

I stayed at this hotel for a week with my mother. The hotel was clean and quiet. It was very easy to reach shopping malls, restaurants and the metro. The breakfasts were very diverse and delicious. I would also like to thank Emin and Murat in particular. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I come to Istanbul.

It was a very nice stuff here in a hotel. Murat was polite and hospitable. Breakfast was delicious ( traditional Turkish breakfast). It's a bit far from a city centre. Rooms are small there was a bad smell inside. Someone was smoking on the floor. If you find a good place for recovery after your treatments you can choose this hotel

+ That was a standard Turkish breakfast. Fantastic Turkish coffee! The bed was comfortable enough, we were on a business trip and the price for the room was important. The best correlation price/quality. Very kind and polite personel.20.12.2022
Very clean and nice accommodation. Stayed for 6 day's, hotel is small but very clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. Transportation is easy wit bus stops outside and the nearest Metro station is only 10 minutes away. Peaceful area would recommend.

Nice comfortable hotel, clean. Staff are always pleasant and helpful. Neighborhood serviced well, transportation, restaurants and coffee shops. Rooms are really not sound proof, so keep it down 😀
