is Seasonal too, You Can also get massages and Turkish bath onsite as well. the Living Superior is close to Shop,Restaurants, Chemist and supermarkets very convenient.
Clean and tidy with great staff.
We immediately informed the hotel staff, and we truly appreciate how quickly and professionally they handled the situation. They changed our room right away and made sure we were comfortable.
Despite this incident, the hotel was cozy, calm, and suitable for staying with children. The staff were helpful and responsive, which made us feel well taken care of. Thank you for your support.

As what we should have recieved we didn’t receive
Firstly very dirty terrace was discusting with dirty underwear etc init from last customers the terrace floor also furniture discusting
The rooms floors full off dust
Only 2 towels between 4 people

We had none off that
As the first even I called them like 3/4 times to sort the issues nobody bothered
Reception not helpful at all
We had brown water coming out off tapes

I forgot the name of the male front desk staff member in the evening but he was truly fantastic. Welcomed me kindly to the hotel and upgraded me to a nicer room. The room was huge and had everything I needed for my stay
upon checking out they charged 58GBP for the children getting chocolate on the bed sheets this is just ridiculous
we ordered room service for one night for 3 meals it was 1400TL
the next night we ordered one meal the same as one of the three and they overcharged us it was 1000TL for one
not good if you want to take the stairs and are afraid of lifts as the stairs are not open
