Well the hotel is in very good condition, but I had to fiddle with finding the address, in general the hotel has everything you need, a good hotel for the money but the bed is a bit hard, the biggest plus is the dressing table

Great location close to main attractions and transportation. Very hospitable staff. There is a terrace on the top floor with a view of the city.

Good stay
Overall a good stay. The room is simple but spacious. Good choice for families as there’s Netflix on the TV. The staff was helpful, especially Salem. Location is good.

Loved the location in authentic neighbourhood with many local businesses. You always have option to go for meal and it is close to the greatest landmarks as well as bazaars. People running this place were very friendly snd helpful and the hotel was clean abd affordable. The view from the top deck was too good.

I arrived with my wife and my 3 year old daughter and I have already paid the entire amount of my stay on Booking. When I arrived, the hotel manager told me that there is no room available and that he will take me to another hotel. He gave me a 2m/2.5m room with crappy conditions of course I refused. He told me you have 5 minutes or I take the room otherwise I have to leave without getting my money back and I have to contact Booking to get my money back. Imagine after a day in airports, with a 3 year old daughter and a wife in a city I don't know, I have to look for a place to sleep. But still I managed and get part of my money back right away and have a small apartment in the same neighborhood.

Our stay was good at the beginning however we had another trip to Antalya and unfortunately we had to leave some of our luggage behind. We trusted the hotel owner and left our luggage behind, upon our return, we had so much of our stuff missing which obviously means that our belongings were stolen by one of their employees. The missing items included gifts we brought for family who also traveled from abroad. There was expensive branded perfumes, brand new clothes, chocolates. The employee didn’t even leave the drinks we left behind such as coke and sprite. We have been very disappointed, sad and stressed because of this incident and the owner has been of no help. Would not recommend this hotel at all.
