Liberi Hotel Taksim in Istanbul

The old man at the breakfast buffet was the only good at this so called hotel. He did his best to make sure everything was available in the poor breakfast buffet
This can't be called a hotel. We had to live a nightmare for 5 nights only because our money was non refundable
We arrived at the hotel 6 am. The sleeping guy at the front desk didn't want us in and was the rudest ever. He asked for the reservation which I showed him and he said check in is at 2pm and the hotel is full. I told him I emailed you and you said you will do your best to check us in early. Then I asked if we could stay at the reception which is 3 tables with their chairs and two armchairs. 5 minutes later I think because he wanted to continue sleeping he said I will check you in but you can't have breakfast we said sure. N.B breakfast is served in this so called reception which is the mini entrance of this so called hotel.
Room was horrible nothing compared to the pictures but we were tired and happy to be checked in early.
Under the bed was full of dust not cleaned for long months. Put the luggage on the wardrobe because you can hardly move in this small room became all full of dust. The freezer was full of ice to put a bottle. Air conditioner smelled bad when I looked at the filters they were covered in dust and I had to wash them. The room looked at dirty stairs and this was the view of the room. We had to keep the curtains closed because the view was so scary especially that the hotel was in a street full of pubs which are so loud at the weekend and sure not safe to walk alone
They didn't clean the room and when we asked they only put a towel for each of us and not even cleaned the bathroom
This was really my worst stay ever in a hotel. Not recommended at all
