AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! THIS HOTEL IS ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS EVEN IF IT WAS FREE. WE STAYED HERE CHECKED IN THE MIDDLE BED WAS BROKEN THE TOILET STANK THE AC DIDNT WORK WHEN WE TOLD THE RECEPTION THEY DID NOTHING ABOUT IT ALWAYS HAD A EXCUSE READY. I STILL GAVE THEM A CHANCE THE NEXT DAY ABOUT TO GO TO SLEEP I FOUND A BED FEW BED BUGS CRAWLING AROUND THE BED AND THE SMELL IN THE ROOM WAS ATROCIOUS HAD TO GO BACK THE RECEPTION TO COMPLAIN THY ONLY SAID THIS NO GOOD HAD TO LEAVE THE HOTEL AND FIND A NEW ONE NEXT DAY CAME BACK TO SPEAK TO GET MY MONEY BACK THEY TOOK NO CONSIDERATION LIKE USUAL HAD A EXCUSE READY AND SAID NO REFUND THIS IS BY FAR THE MOST DISGUSTING UNHYGENIC HOTEL DONT EVEN BOTHER STAYING HERE I AM GOING TO UPLOAD THE EVIDENCE AS THESE PEOPLE ARE COMPULSIVE LIARS.

- There was small things that I didn't like: The curtains by the beds were short, and light could penetrate through them at night. The hostel doesn't have a kitchen for guests, so if you're used to cooking for yourself, you won't be able to do so here. In my room there was no mirror on the wall, it will be better with them. There are no spacious places to do morning exercises, but few people do it, so..

+ Location was very good, several metro station is nearby. The bar on the first floor of the hostel was a great experience - there were good parties every night. But in rooms there was silent, no noise. Breakfast was similar every morning but there was everything I need for breakfast so I was satisfied. The photos online are misleading and do not reflect the actual state of the hotel. The room I booked online wasn’t the one I received, and I had to pay an additional £75 to change rooms. The room safe is poorly secured—literally on the floor, making it easy for anyone to take.
There was also mold in the bathroom due to a leak and an unpleasant odor throughout the room. Accessibility is an issue as well; the elevator only starts from the first floor, making it difficult for disabled guests to access their rooms. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone considering a stay.

The hotel’s location is perfect, close to sights and transportation, the view is fantastic from the rooftop balcony. This balcony was never busy so we could enjoy the evenings in peace. The staff was also really friendly, helpful, especially the breakfast lady.
The rooms were a bit small and the minifridge could not be plugged in at its designated place. The breakfast was good but I would have enjoyed some more variety.
Overall I think that this is a good choice for this price and would recommend to anyone staying in Istanbul with moderate needs.

Very bad experience at this hotel. TV and AC do not always work. My toilet was not clean. When we returned from the city at night, the entire building had no electricity (buildings around us did). Water also did not work. I would recommend you stay away from this hotel at all costs! Imagine having to use a flashlight to see and not being able to wash your hands. Do not book!

The room was small, being a centrally located area, but the location is excellent to easily reach the most important tourist attractions.
The view from the roof is nice, and the lobby at the entrance to the hotel is nicely decorated.
The cleanliness in the rooms is so-so, but the towels are changed daily by the staff.
The breakfast is not great, but there are options: boiled eggs, vegetables, some salads, cheese and cereals. Therefore, you won't be hungry, but you won't have the feeling of a hotel breakfast either.
The wifi is quite weak, but there are times when it works well.
As recommendations, I think it would be useful to have a hanger for clothes at the entrance to the room, a trash can in the room (it exists only in the bathroom) and perhaps more attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom.
