My rooms heating didn't seem affected by the wall panel controls. I phoned reception who said they would adjust from reception, didn't notice any change.
Shower and washroom facilities good. The actual sleeping area was very spacious with a table but no chair. Fridge and safe provided.
The restaurant staff were very unfriendly and the food was very average.
I would not recommend staying here
Also the breakfast buffet was kinda meh honestly.
But the staff were all very kind though and the room looked nice. Its fine if you have data and don't care about good breakfast. Gym was very small like most hotel gyms, I couldn't find anything that the hotel offered outside the gym.
Location wise: its far from the centrum from istanbul but close to the clinic I had to go to. Theres a mall close and a lot of food options.
Therefore 5 stars.
The bed was quite comfortable.
The front desk staff spoke good English and provided good service. Because the flight arrived at 5 am, we were allowed to check in early at 7 am.
In terms of hygiene, the bottom of the toilet was a little dirty, but it was okay for normal use, but it did not affect our mood.
