It is a budget hotel so I was not expecting much from it. This being said, contrary to the description, there is no wifi. Then it is not possible to sleep before 3 am because of the music coming from the different clubs surrounding the hotel. The staff were very nice and tried to help as much as they can. Yet, I could not stay and moved to a nearby hotel.

Feels like you're in the club the music is so loud, and it goes until 5AM. Sheets are clearly unclean. Service didn't leave a towel or toilet paper. No shower faucet, just a faucet near the ground.

The hotel room was extremely dirty. The blankets weren't clean, they weren't changed at all from the previous guests. The bathroom and toilet were dirty. It was so noisy from the clubs that you cannot sleep all night. Everything was misirable. Also, there were dead insescts on the floor.

The first two days there was no hot water, the balcony door was also broken for three days and all the bar noises came into the room at night. On the last day, it rained and the water got into the rooms through the ceiling and walls. It was a very bad experience.

The Employees were friendly and nice. The hotel was very close to the downtown.
The Room was absoluty dirty, shower was broken and the drain was clogged. The bed was also broken and there was mold in the rooms! Also the bed was dirty with dry blood and dirt on it.
There are 2 clubs around the hotel with very very loud music.

Nice room and nice decor nice prices
Service are not good
I didnt get enough attenion as a customer ..for towel.. it take one day to bring another one instead of the dirty one that i used . I found cockroach ..there is some paper and items for pervous customer inisde closet ..under bed is not clean

Great hotel in the centre of Istanbul with excellent service and great breakfast.

The rooms were very small we didn’t have a place to walk.
Even the bathroom was so small
The bed was so tiny we couldn’t sleep normally with the stres if we fall to the ground in the middle of night.
The staff wasn’t friendly at all
The breakfast wasn’t tasty and it didn’t have option to choice
The walls were very thin we heard every noise outside our room
And this place was like burdelo there were a line of men’s waiting to get massage by two women’s
I can say that is not a place to go with your family
The only good thing was the internet
And that this motel was in the city center

From our warm welcome by mr Nadir to the impeccable recommendations and clean room! Every detail was perfect. The attentive staff went above and beyond, and the serene atmosphere made for a truly rejuvenating stay. The location was perfect for exploring Istanbul! We were so pleased and look forward to returning.

Amazing Hotel, was here in October 2024 with my family and they treated me with amazing care, amazing food and a friendly atmosphere. Even though it was a bit compact all rooms were all clean and always managed to help us when we first entered the country and left. Helped us organise stuff to do around Istanbul like cruises across the ocean and more and was more then a service but was a good friend. Excellent choice if your staying in Istanbul.

This is my first time visiting Istanbul and I am very happy with the conditions of this hotel.
Overall maximum grade.
For perfectionists you will probably always find many disadvantages, but if you want a hotel placed in a very good area, with a very good breakfast buffet, at a very good price and with a staff worthy of appreciation - I highly recommend this hotel.
I've been here for 3 days and I'll stay a few more days.
One mistake on the part of the receptionist (For which I have all the respect and I give it the highest grade for kindness) was that he passed me the POS payment note in Turkish lira instead of the euro conversion and initially I paid much less than I should have to pay.
They checked later and it was fixed immediately.
All respect for the reception and the people in the kitchen.
I read several reviews before choosing this hotel and many of the negative reviews are not true. The hotel has been renovated and is still being refurbished.
Grade 10 from me. I am convinced that the staff does everything possible to make you feel at home. 🇹🇷🇹🇩
