Friendly hotel. Was greated at the door and delt with asap. Would definitely go again. Location was its only 600m walk to sultan ahmet mosque.

Spent 2 nights there, like the room with Seaview, room and bathroom pretty clean. Downside is no lift. But overall still a good stay.

We found the price reasonable and the location is good, walking distance to all the local attractions/sites and feels safe. Staff were fine, not exceptional and not terrible.
We had a street view room and was no sound proofing. We could hear everything from outside and although we stayed on a Thursday and Friday night we didn't appreciate hearing music playing until 1am from the restaurant and loud voices. Alongside this we heard people going up and down stairs, the room next door (not loud just because walls have poor insulation) We didn't get good sleep either night and didn't like the lack of privacy with sound.
It would be great if a solution could be implemented to improve sound reduction and also offering water or tea on arrival, extending Turkish Hospitality that is often spoken about.
If you're a deep sleeper or a night person, this would be suitable.

This hotel was amazing by sea scenery. Walk only 5-8 min to sultanahmet. Staff also very good. Like to stay here again

there is no elevator, good location, reasonable price
but the room was different from the picture on the booking, which was explained as a mistake by trip.com.
We booked a room for 3 people with a balcony overlooking the sea. When we went to check in, they explained that the hotel did not have a room for 3 people with a balcony, so we were put in a different room.
We arrived late, so we didn't have time to look for a hotel again.

Very bad customer service , staff were rude, 1st few hour no electricity, no let sit down stairs said has to order something. 1 glass of water 70 Lira. was very bad . i am also want a refund from trip.com.

Great hotel with very clean rooms and a very friendly staff. The restaurant/bar is great too with a beautiful view of the water. Great location and price for solo travelers, would definitely stay there again
