Great location right next to Isteklal St. The staff was amazing! Semat, Hussain and Khan were very friendly, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They offered help with the best tourist attractions and also gave enough information how to not get robbed by the Taksi drivers 😀. Great staff! Bell Boy Arda was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was ok but the room was clean and well

We stayed at this hotel for 7 days. The hotel's design is truly impressive – beautiful hallways and an elevator available.
The room was very clean and well-maintained, with access to a balcony, and the bathroom featured a hammam option – it was truly wonderful. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious food.
The location is excellent – right in the city center. The hotel staff were kind and welcoming.
I highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely return. Wishing you continued growth and success!

Walking distance to the main high street and transport links.
We had a really lovely stay.

Unfortunately we did not enjoy that much the stay the room was on the ground floor with a window that you couldn’t not open. However the problem was not this, the room was too warm and the air condition was opposite of the bed, as a result you couldn’t not sleep with it. The bathroom had an really unpleasant smell that was my biggest problem. They came they put some liquid for the smell and that was the solution. The bathroom I would say could be better.
Positives: they had soaps , toothbrush and toothpaste, iron board, flip flops , water.
Cleaning daily was provided
Also there is a fridge in the room
Location is really convenient
Negatives: the hotel had construction Sunday morning 09:00 that was a little bit annoying.
Not good soundproofing, bathroom for me was really bad
Beddings had stamps from previous users that make me feel really uncomfortable to sleep on.
In total we paid I think around 80-90€ per night so could be better …

Ayramin Hotel is such a lovely and welcoming place to stay. I traveled solo and always felt safe, both in the hotel and around the neighborhood. The room was small but super comfortable and had everything I needed. Big shout-out to the staff, especially Hüseyin and Musa, who gave great tips, recommended places to visit, and made sure I felt really welcome. Thank you! I can definitely recommend this hotel.
P.S. The rooftop restaurant is amazing, on the pricier side, but absolutely worth it!

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. Mr. Tharwat is a professional who cares a lot about customer service, and he has a very good team around him, all of them were very attentive. Daria was always tending to our concerns.
The rooms were also fabulous, value for money, excellent cleaning service. Absolutely no complaints. Will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends!

Highly Do Not Recommend!
Dirty rooms- towels & bedsheets not clean- bathroom broken tiles- stinky sofa and broken sofa bed- faulty curtains.
They claim french balconies that they dont have.
They claim late check out which they dont honor.
Rude staff - they dont converse in English whick creates a communication barrier
weak unreliable Wifi in the Room, keeps cutting off.
Kitchenette un-useable; sink out if order, no utensils, kettle very dirty .
Housekeeping & fresh towels not offered daily, and when they clean they use high Chlorine concentrate initiating severe allergic reaction and teary burning eyes!
This place ruined my Istanbul experience

Just checking out from the hotel at the moment but i can’t leave without praising this place and the lovely people who looked after us very well. All the rooms were spot on! just like they addressed through the photos. Especially super nice staffs, zubair and Daria treated us like home! Can’t wait to be back here soon!

An incredibly amateur establishment that does not even come close to a 4-star standard.
The hotel staff provided the guests with unfounded and incorrect information regarding matters that were none of their business, which led to very serious misunderstandings between us. It is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel to interfere in the private space and communication of its guests in this manner. There were many other negative issues, but I do not see a need to state them here as they cross ethical boundaries. I definitely do not recommend this facility, which is completely devoid of professionalism and work ethics.

I had an amazing 3-night stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. One of the biggest advantages was the nearby parking. Although it is paid parking, finding a parking space in this area can be very difficult, so having convenient parking close to the hotel made our trip much easier and stress-free.
The location is excellent, with so many attractions, cafés, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. We were able to explore the area comfortably without needing transportation for most places.
The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, peaceful, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. What truly made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly polite, welcoming, and professional. Their hospitality and willingness to help made us feel valued and at home from the moment we arrived until check-out.
Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
