I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was absolutely excellent. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They really made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Special thanks to Mansoor and Farouq.
The breakfast was also very good. Everything was fresh and well prepared. The hotel is also conveniently close to Taksim square, making it very easy to explore the area and access transportation, restaurants and shops.

I enjoyed the stay at this hotel.
The food was delicious and staffs were very friendly. I especially want to thank to Mansur for this service. He was very helpful and friendly the whole time.

27.09.2025 Maziar

The room was very small with a low ceiling, and the minibar was not working properly. The shower handle was broken and never fixed despite several requests. Housekeeping required repeated reminders for basic supplies, and breakfast was limited and slowly replenished. The only positive aspect was the location. Overall, the price is too high for the quality of service provided

Please do not go here extremely bad service staff are under paid breakfast is terrible and gives you food poisoning this is not a 4 star hotel please check all these other reviews , you can not even get drinking water unbelievable

It's not that bad, but there's no water in room, they are not changing bedsheets everyday

29.05.2022 Aneta

The way they wash towels is questionable. Hygiene is not at an enviable level. I do not recommend to anyone.

22.11.2021 TOLPIT

Room is a little small but if only for sleeping then great, bathroom nice and clean, cleaning everyday, okay breakfast for COVID time, location amazing. Its the place to stay if you want spend fair money on hotel and be in the enter of Taksim Square.

17.10.2021 Gabriela

This was the worst hotel I’ve been. Everything is dirty, housekeeper was very unfriendly. Only 1 towel per person. The room was so small, nothing like the pictures. The only good was, that the friendly man from the reception always helped us. I would never recommend, it was horror. Our bed had holes ??
