I had a hard time communicating with the gentleman in the lobby in Turkish when I checked in, he knew very little Turkish and the hotel staff were foreign nationals, in addition to all this, the hotel was not where it was shown as the location, unfortunately this was very upsetting. The next day of my stay, the entrance door on my floor was locked, they locked it saying there was no one there, I could not enter my room and had to go to the lobby again, I had a hard time communicating with the gentleman again, unfortunately they do not have a system and there is no follow-up, I definitely do not recommend this hotel.
