Zero stars is what this place is worth. Don’t stay here, stay away,! It is falsely advertised, as a budget place to stay. There are better quality places to stay within this budget.

Save yourself time, money and stress and stay elsewhere. When you arrive there is no reception area. It is a rundown purple house that have been converted into once where good quality rental able rooms, that have not been well maintained in years

The room was dirty and the floors were unclean. The window blind was torn and cupboards and shelves in the room were broken. There was an air con unit, and when ask for the remote, I was told we are still experiencing cooler weather so no I couldn’t have one. No remote for the tv either. There was only a kettle, but no water or anything to drink out of. The bathroom had a leaking tap and broken toilet seat. The room smelt of smoke.

The area of the street that the building is located is rough and not maintained, it felt very unsafe, the buildings around had some broken windows and were unkept looking. There was rubbish left on the street for the cats to help themselves too. When I was dropped off in the area, I wasn’t expecting what I saw and experienced. At night I was worried that someone might enter my room as there was no security or safety locks on the door.

The advertising is misleading. All they want is your money for doing nothing. They need to stop ripping off tourists. I am currently fighting to get a refund as they are telling the company I booked through stating I didn’t turn up, and cancelled my booking. Worst experience ever, DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY.
