The hotel is exquisite and in a fantastic location — just 10 minutes from the train station, and major attractions are within walking distance. The room is incredibly comfortable and clean, with a breathtaking open view of the sea. The little cat is also adorable — truly the best choice for a holiday in Istanbul. The host's dog is also stunning and incredibly gentle.

The hotel is a small boutique hotel and our room had lots of charm. The hotel owners were very nice and hospitable. They helped organize airport transfers. This hotel is located in the hear of the old city near bazaars and all the main mosque sites. It was wonderful waking up and sitting on balcony drinking a coffee and looking at the water and sunrise.

The location is absolutely faboulous, near to two very good restaurants.The three person room on the third floor front is lovely. We had a Dolmabahçe room with a large balcony, having a splendid view over the Bosporus. The hotel interior looks great, but needs a lot of maintanance. Hardly any sanitary is working without issues. The bathtub could only be emptied by lifting the plug with a nife. After flushing the toilet water would only stop running when hitting the flush buttons hard to get back in position. A lady on the top floor had a broken toilet all of her stay and had to go all the stairs down and up to use the bathroom. Breakfast has many choices, but only slices of French baguette to put some things on. We had a very nice time, but what a shame of these shortcomings. Now it is three stars at best whilst it could easyly be 4.

Audibility is ok, or maybe the neighbors are just quiet) The only thing is that the air conditioner was noisy, but not critical.

We stayed at this hotel in May for 4 nights out of a 7-nights booked and we were extremely disappointed with the conditions and service. The bathroom shower frame was very low, and my boyfriend (who is 182cm tall) hit his head multiple times. The hairdryer was faulty — you had to press very hard to get it to work, which I couldn’t manage at all. The bedroom smelled strongly of mold, the window couldn’t be opened, and the air was stale and unpleasant. To make things worse, the bathroom fan didn’t work at all.
The room itself was very small with no proper space to store clothes like a normal room would offer. When we complained to the lady at reception, she kindly offered to move us to the room above, but we refused because the room was the same.
After only 4 nights, we decided to leave early and asked for a refund for the 3 nights we didn’t stay. Shockingly, the property claimed to Booking.com customer service that we never checked in. I even provided a video showing us leaving the room because I suspected something was wrong, but we never received a response.
The only positive was the lady at reception, who was kind, which is why I’m giving one star. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this hotel.

A Very romantic Hotel. The rooms are perfect for couples, the staff is friendly and the location is perfect as the Haiia Sofia is only 5 minutes away and there is a bazaar even closer. Recommend it for couples who want to discover Istanbul but don't need a luxorious hotel to do só.

The slippers provided in the room were soaked in some unknown liquid...
I was so reluctant to even enter the room that I went in as late as possible and barely slept.
Even then, I thought I wasted my money for a day and wanted to book another place to stay.
The owner was so kind that I didn't want to write anything bad, but someone has to tell the truth...

Thank you for the best service we have ever witnessed in Istanbul. I came here for a good meal from Kazakhstan with my friends, but also got a very good emotions. Kurban is very intelligent and welcoming person, all the staff was friendly and polite. Thank you!!

COME DANCE THE NIGHT AWAY! Super fun place if you're looking for a sparklers-DJ-dancing-on-a-rooftop vibe. We went late night for some drinks and caught a PARTY instead. If nightclubs are your scene, there's no better way to do it than here because you also have the best view of the blue mosque.

It was a fantastic experience with wonderful hospitality! We ordered drinks and food, and afterward, they generously brought us tea and some sweets on the house. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The food was delicious. if I visit Istanbul again, I’d definitely come back here. Also, such an amazing view.

I can only give all the praise for the Hotel and the employees. The hotel is in a great location where everything is available to you. From the moment we arrived, the employees welcomed us very warmly and helped us with our luggage. They were happy to help us with any information we needed. The rooms are tidy and are cleaned every morning. I even received a gift for my birthday that was waiting for me in the room to my wonderful surprise. My rating is 10. All recommendations from the bottom of my heart. I can very happily recommend this hotel. Thank you and see you next time. Greetings from Bosnia and Herzegovina
