Nice hotel with comfy and stylish rooms. The breakfast is at the restaurant, located near the hotel. The variety of dishes is fine, but the coffee is instant and as a coffee lover I couldnt really enjoy it. Cleaning services is more than acceptable, no noises in the rooms. Overall I would definitely recommend

Stayed in this hotel every trip in Istanbul. Clean, quite, nice bad and bathroom, good every day cleaning, quick and good laundry. Very good breakfast.

I highly recommend AHC Taksim Hotel for its excellent service and attention to detail. From the moment you step inside, the hotel smells absolutely amazing, creating a very welcoming atmosphere throughout the entire place. The staff is ptofessional, kind and always ready to help.
The hotel is also perfectly located in Cihangir, a chic and trendy neighborhood where you can find cosy cafés and great restaurants and bars, a vibrant yet relaxed vibe.
We truly loved our stay and would definately come back !

This is second time I stay in this hotel, but for Bfast now they charge not anymore in rooftop also the food not so much variety like last years, I thought they change management also change the name of the hotel , I like for location is many restaurants around this hotel close until late, please maybe you can tell the staff to more smile in reservation for welcome the guests and help . So far the other staff more welcome with guests 👍

I really disliked the breakfast; the coffee served was undrinkable (though this might be a personal preference).
The room was a bit chilly, and the air conditioning only helped a little.
It's fine for a couple of nights, but if you're looking for comfort, this isn't the right choice.
I would have preferred a cleaner room, a cleaner breakfast restaurant, newer bed linen, and towels without stains or holes.

Fantastic affordable hotel: great location, helpful staff, amazing breakfast buffet, sparkling clean. Tip: reserve a “ triple room“ to get extra large room.

The breakfast staff are lovely. The receptionists not so much. The room was extremely small and did not have any windows. The shower I could bearly get in as of the placement and shape of the doors. The location is central which was a postive but overall not for me.

The room was great thanks to Selcuk at the front desk, he was so helpful and answered all my questions with ease and support.

Our Dexule room was clean and spacious. It was cleaned every day. Breakfast was a huge platter of mezes, bread and eggs. Location was good. 10 min walk to Tophane station or about £3 Uber. 10 min walk up the hill to Taksim square. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Nice stay in this hotel. Location is within walking distance to taksim square only 10 minutes walk. Friendly staff and very polite. New hotel. I would recommend this hotel solo travellers or family. And try brekfast it is very good.Mukemmel otel temiz yeni ve taksim meydanina 10 dakika yuruyus mesafesinde.personel kibar ve yardim sever. Kahvaltiyi kesinlikle deneyin.tavsiye ederim

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. Mr. Tharwat is a professional who cares a lot about customer service, and he has a very good team around him, all of them were very attentive. Daria was always tending to our concerns.
The rooms were also fabulous, value for money, excellent cleaning service. Absolutely no complaints. Will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends!

Highly Do Not Recommend!
Dirty rooms- towels & bedsheets not clean- bathroom broken tiles- stinky sofa and broken sofa bed- faulty curtains.
They claim french balconies that they dont have.
They claim late check out which they dont honor.
Rude staff - they dont converse in English whick creates a communication barrier
weak unreliable Wifi in the Room, keeps cutting off.
Kitchenette un-useable; sink out if order, no utensils, kettle very dirty .
Housekeeping & fresh towels not offered daily, and when they clean they use high Chlorine concentrate initiating severe allergic reaction and teary burning eyes!
This place ruined my Istanbul experience

Just checking out from the hotel at the moment but i can’t leave without praising this place and the lovely people who looked after us very well. All the rooms were spot on! just like they addressed through the photos. Especially super nice staffs, zubair and Daria treated us like home! Can’t wait to be back here soon!

An incredibly amateur establishment that does not even come close to a 4-star standard.
The hotel staff provided the guests with unfounded and incorrect information regarding matters that were none of their business, which led to very serious misunderstandings between us. It is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel to interfere in the private space and communication of its guests in this manner. There were many other negative issues, but I do not see a need to state them here as they cross ethical boundaries. I definitely do not recommend this facility, which is completely devoid of professionalism and work ethics.

I had an amazing 3-night stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. One of the biggest advantages was the nearby parking. Although it is paid parking, finding a parking space in this area can be very difficult, so having convenient parking close to the hotel made our trip much easier and stress-free.
The location is excellent, with so many attractions, cafés, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. We were able to explore the area comfortably without needing transportation for most places.
The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, peaceful, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. What truly made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly polite, welcoming, and professional. Their hospitality and willingness to help made us feel valued and at home from the moment we arrived until check-out.
Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
