I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel, mainly because of the management.
The staff were extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. During my stay, I had a conflict situation with them, after which I left an honest 1-star review on Google.
Before my check-out, the situation escalated further — the management started putting pressure on me and even making me feel uncomfortable and intimidated, insisting that I delete my review. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable.
Hospitality is not just about the room, but about how guests are treated. Unfortunately, this hotel completely fails in terms of customer service.
I would not recommend staying here if you expect respectful and professional treatment.

The air conditioning didn't work for a long time, and when it finally did, it didn't make much difference; the room never really warmed up.

Nice hotel. I stay here for 5 nights. Easy access to Metro which is in front of hotel. All staff are helpful, nice breakfast eventhough it is repeated daily but I'm okay with that. Comfortable and spacious room with additional baby cot. Easy to go anywhere from this hotel. Will considered to repeat this hotel and recommend it to my friends.

Excellent breakfast offerings at Aspera with a spotless lobby and café at the entrance. The staff even helped carry up our way too numerous luggage with a smile!
Would definitely benefit from a washroom exhaust fan and was difficult to have the room cleaned even after leaving the electronic sign at door requesting a daily clean....
The location is right near Galata tower and bridge but reception attempted to claim a 750 Lyra charge upon checkout for an allegedly emptied mini fridge that was not even found in the room during our stay.....
Would stay there again while being double vigilant concerning tours peddled upon checkin and any extra charges requested upon checkout ......

Hotel was located at a good location just beside the metro station shishane. It is also very near the main shopping street.

Very good hotel, right at the M2 subway entrance, very convenient for travel. I recommend this hotel to everyone

Very good location, just about 5min walk to Galata Tower, and one of the MRT station just right in front of the hotel.
Hotel spa also a good option if you want to try Turkish Bath, but only open till 9pm. So better try in the afternoon time after some long walking in the first half of the day.
Hotel room is small, but good enough for solo travelers.
