I stayed here for 10 nights at the end of November 2025. The hotel is lovely and we, the group I was traveling with, thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
The room I had was very comfortable and had a nice balcony. The hotel service was exceptional and professional. We dined in the hotel for half the nights we were here and service was outstanding. A special mention for our waiter, Reza, as he was excellent and very patient with our bill payment hilarity.
My wife joined me for the final three nights and was greatly impressed too.
Overall a great place to stay, close to Sultanahmet square, very affordable, comfortable, clean and friendly.

I stayed with my father here back in December 2015. I get tears in my eyes now as I write this review. My father passed away this year (8th July 2025) and suddenly I remembered my Istanbul trip today (21st December 2025) and thought of reviewing this hotel where we stayed for 5 nights. AWESOMEEEEEE place!!!! Breakfast, Turkish bath, rooms were amazing! I miss my Dad soooo much. Life is strange. Wish I get those moments back. Only memories remain now.

Great hotel with rooms in ottoman style. Clean, very good complimentary breakfast. Helpful staff. Especial thanks to Murad at reception, he is bilingual and helped us with directions and advices about places to go and see. Hotel is 5-10 minutes away from main attractions Very highly recommend this hotel.

The great hotel and the excellent restaurant! Clean and cozy rooms. Good service. We were staying here at 3 days. The restaurant is amazing! It was the most delicious food I’ve ever have in Istanbul! Manager Lisa was very kind and professional with us! Elvin, Tuna, Murat - thank you for your welcoming! Strongly recommended!!!

Just wow. If you want the flavor of Istanbul this is the place to stay. The rooms are decorated in the Turkish style and are so pretty. We booked a balcony room and it was so nice to be able to sit out on it in the morning and evening watching the people go buy. The lobby is gorgeous, very traditional. The staff, well I cannot say enough, they are just awesome, always smiling, always ready to help with anything you need. The restaurant is amazing, set in the garden, so peaceful and screne and the food is amazing. We ate there most nights as after a day of sightseeing it was so peaceful to come back to, you forget you are in a massive city. The breakfast is very good. The scrambled eggs are mad from real eggs! We loved this place and if we ever returned, I am coming back here. Also, very walkable, one of the main squares where the Blue Mosque is located is less than a 10-minute walk. So much to do so close by.

We stayed here for 6 nights in November. The service is fantastic. Loved the breakfast. Nice rooms.
The only thing to be aware of is that there are no lifts and there are 3 levels, so can be some walking.
This was an issue for us however they readily moved us to another room which was great.
So can't complain about anything. Would happily stay there again.

We came for the marathon - this year the start point is very close to the hotel. Convenient location, in close proximity to most of the interesting places. Good service, nice people work there. No complaints about the food, every morning they cook something like scrambled eggs and give sausages / grilled vegetables. Other main dishes are served for a separate (small) fee. I would like to separately say about the restaurant, which is located on the territory - it is very good. We dined there every evening and it was full of people who came here especially for dinner. It was very convenient for us - we had a delicious dinner, went down the stairs and we were home ☺️. The restaurant was very tasty and varied. The service is at the highest level, the guys try very hard. We lived in room 211. Clean, beautiful, no questions. Thanks to the hotel for the excellent service! I recommend it to everyone.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The service was impeccable, the rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of.
The location was perfect, the amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was both relaxing and luxurious. I can confidently say this was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. Highly recommended – I will definitely be coming back!

I stayed at this hotel with my father for 7 days. The location is impeccable. We stayed in one of the rooms facing the hippodrome and it was really worth it. The breakfast was also very good and varied and the view was just wonderful. But the best part of this hotel was its kind, professional and friendly staff. Everyone, from the ladies who prepared breakfast, to the house keepers, to the receptionists, were all extremely warm and friendly. Mr. Mesut, the manager was incredibly helpful and gave us a lot of good guidance on what to do and see. He was really polite, kind nad professional. I can't say enough about how welcome him and his team made us feel. Next time we are in Istanbul, we will do our best to book a room with them again. 5 stars.

small and nice hotel very central, easy to get around in every part of the city. the staff is polite and kind I was in Istanbul for work and a bit of vacation I managed to do both without problems. they recommended me a place not very touristy and very Turkish and I was able to play a bit.. thank

Very safe hotel , with a great location, i was very comfortable living in it because its beside a police station.
Negatives :
- elevator is too small , it can take 3 maximum without the bags
- breakfast is not varied, repeated , everyday the same food, with a very very small changes
- food is too expensive, i bought a Sandwich for 600TL
Positives :
- Ali is a great guy , helped me a lot , i hope for him a good day
- staff is very cooperative and friendly thanks to them
- the hotel takes the customer reviews seriously

What can I say about this hotel, pure hospitality and a must stay when your in Istanbul. Take it from me the service is special especially Mehmut and Sena who always greet you and take care of you whenever you need. Sena especially well done! The breakfast is fresh whenever you need no matter what time you get up. If you need a top up a fresh portion it will be made for you.
