This hotel provides some of the worst service that I have seen ever. One of the guests travelling with us is ridden in a wheelchair. The owner / manager of the hotel DID NOT ALLOW GUESTS TO VISIT HIM IN HIS ROOM. He finally conceded and allowed one visitor to spend no more than 5 minutes in the guests room. The guest is a European gentleman on his eighties and will go back having a bad opinion of Turkish hospitality, the administration of Istanbul municipality and the hotel licensing authority of the Turkish Republic. The owners and management of this hotel MUST BE PREVENTED FROM COMMIITTING SUCH A TRAVESTY REPEATEDLY

Apart from the more or less convenient location, there's nothing good about it. The men at reception have sour expressions, the rooms are tiny, and the breakfasts are bleakly monotonous. But for that kind of money, you can't get much better. Basically, it's a flophouse, but you're coming to see Istanbul, after all. If you want better, pay more. All the best!

I would like to thank the hotel for the excellent service! A transfer was arranged for my mother: they sent a detailed video in advance showing the route to the meeting point, the driver met her and helped with the luggage. Special thanks to the receptionist who spoke Russian and assisted with the check-in — this was very important, as it was my mother’s first time in Turkey and she was worried about the language barrier. Thanks to your care, everything went smoothly and comfortably. Thank you for your hospitality!

The location of the hotel is excellent, the room is clean, cleaning was done every 3 days.

The rooms are clean, but the staff is very rude. The guy at the reception is angry. They gave us a room with a view of some building. We asked to change it, they asked for $30 a day. Where did such a price come from, the sound is very loud. It feels like you are sleeping at a train station at night. I do not recommend it

The owner was extremely rude I stayed at the lobby floor and when I tried going to my brothers room the guy yelled at me and yelled me to go to my room and just opened the door and without me letting him he was very rude and the bathroom was half broken I tried to flush and it didn't work I can’t even talk outside of my room and he will yell he told me to be quiet when I wasn’t even yelling there was no tea and it was dirty and small DONT COME HERE THE GUY THINKS HE CAN DO ANYTHING WHEN HE WAS THERE I litterly STARTED LOOKING AROUND TO SEE IF HE WAS IN THE LOBBY BEFORE LEAVING MY ROOM TO go to MY BROTHERS Room IT WAS KINDA SCARY

Very nice hotel. The little lift don't feel too much safe thou Everything else was perfect! Loved the decor,very nice and clean. They even let us choose the room,which had a big balcony with sea view,nice and friendly staff. Close to restaurant and Boshpor. Will 100% recommend
