We came to Istanbul for the weekend and checked into a deluxe room on the 4th floor. The room was quite new, with tea/coffee/water, a hairdryer, slippers, towels, and toiletries all provided. No issues with hot water. You could catch a glimpse of the sea from the window. The elevator was interesting! 😁 The area is excellent, with everything nearby. There's a shop on the first floor. We only had breakfast, which was quite hearty. Breakfast is served on the terrace in the building across the street. We left with good impressions. We recommend it!

Folks, don't stay here. It's incredibly cold and damp. In my room, only one spotlight was working. There's absolutely no heating in the bathroom. You walk in and just shrivel up. I thought I'd turn on the hot water to warm up the room and take a shower, but no. There was no water pressure. When you sit on the toilet, the lid rests against your back. I couldn't stand it and checked out on the second day, ending up paying for another hotel because canceling the reservation wasn't an option. But I didn't want my trip memories to feel like I was staying in a crypt. I don't understand who inflated the reviews to 8.5. Especially to my fellow countrymen, I have some questions.

Never ever stay here. The renovation was rushed and it's freezing cold. Even with the AC on 30 for 5 hours, it didn't warm up, and the beds were ice cold. Don't even get me started on the shower and toilet – opening the door feels like stepping into a freezer. The soundproofing is non-existent; it feels like the elevator is in your room, and if anyone else enters the building, you won't be able to sleep. The mattress and pillow are both rock-hard.

We arrived early and had trouble getting into the hotel for a long time; it was closed. We had to call from a neighboring hotel. Since it was past breakfast time and our room wasn't ready yet, they offered us a room in the building under construction across the street. We really didn't want to stay somewhere without heating and ventilation, so we asked to see the uncleaned "family deluxe" room we originally booked. It turned out to be really bad, so we decided not to wait for it and stayed in the other one for the night. The results are in the photos. Also, a photo of the included breakfast. Thankfully, we only stayed one night. We do not recommend it.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. The room was extremely clean I even walked around in white socks and they stayed spotless, which says a lot!
Everything I needed was provided, including shampoo, soap, slippers, and other essentials, so the stay felt very comfortable. I stayed for 6 nights and had no problems at all.
At first, I found the location a little confusing and honestly felt a bit uncomfortable, but after 2 days I realized it was just because I wasn’t familiar with the area. Once I got used to it, I found the location to be actually very convenient and close to the tram and Hagia Sophia area/market.
Overall, the price was fair for what was offered, and I think it was definitely worth it. I had a very pleasant stay

It was good, but the stairs were steep and it was a bit hard to find. The landlord was waiting for us downstairs. Just follow the location on the map. The owner has a shop right across the street, but the items are a bit pricey.

I was there with my girlfriend and all was okay.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It was filthy, and I even found bed bugs
