The hotel staff were friendly.
There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby.
The rooms were also very clean.
However, because it faces a main street,
it can be a bit noisy.
Overall, it's a good choice.

The room was clean even though it needs a little refresh (tiles coming off the wall in the bathroom and the bathtub is a bit dated). Otherwise, the manager was very helpful; he arranged transfers from the hotel to the airport and answered every question or demand nicely.
The breakfast buffet had a variety of options and the room was pleasant.

Very clean. Lovely service. Kind and committed staff. Very obliging. Inexpensive and yet quality.Great breakfast included. Definitely recommend.

I stayed here while recovering from surgery and was so happy I did! I was grateful to get a free room upgrade when I checked in, the room was spacious and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and had options for all tastes. The staff was incredibly kind. I must mention a particular woman who cleaned the 5th floor most days, she always gave me lots of water bottles for my swollen face without me even asking. Thank you :)
Note that this hotel is on a busy street. The noise level was fine past 10, but if you’re a light sleeper or need to sleep early, I recommend earplugs. The upside of this is that taxis were plentiful.

To be honest it was first time for me visited Bostancı in Istanbul, when I visited this hotel my impression with this hotel very clean and the hotel staff friendly. They server breakfast with a lot of menus on the buffet. They also very fast respons when I asked them to make up my room.

The most important thing - it's not a 4 Star. At all. It's 3 with some additional issues.
Lobby/restaurant interiors are rather old and remind a train from 60s.
You probably found this place as a "price for value" option. I stayed here exactly because of that.
But I couldn't predict one day without hot water 😅 I was lucky. (That's why my personal rating is 2 instead of 3)
