Staff are frequently described as very friendly and attentive, with specific mention of receptionists Amir and Mehdi for excellent service. Clean rooms are noted by several guests, with some praising the quiet atmosphere in family-oriented rooms. The breakfast service, though repetitive, is appreciated for being consistent and served in a comfortable routine. The hotel has no elevator, requiring guests to carry luggage up to the 6th floor on narrow, dark stairs. Guests have experienced noisy street conditions due to a weekly market and road-cleaning machines active at night. Reports of booking problems and unresponsiveness from staff in some cases have caused distress to travelers.

I enjoyed the stay
My mom and I spent 9 nights here
The staff are very friendly and seem like genuine people. They were open to letting us check-in a couple hours early. The room was clean and you can request cleaning during the stay, our personal items remained exactly how they were. The breakfast was good too, the same thing everyday made us fall into a comfortable routine. I recommend going for breakfast before 9.30 because that's where it gets busy and you may not find an available table. Breakfast is between 8 to 10. At the end of the stay they ordered a taxi for us. I genuinely enjoyed the stay. But there is a weekly market on the last day of the week, that starts from 8 am to around 7 pm on the same street, it's loud at night after when the machines are cleaning the roads ( 2 to 3 hours) .

SCAM ALERT!
I made a reservation on Booking one month in advance, and on the day we were supposed to check in, I received a notification saying that the payment couldn’t be processed. I tried three different cards, all of which I had just used for other payments, and I kept getting the same error.

I sent them a message through Booking – no reply.
Their phone number – switched off.

When we arrived, they told us they had given our room away and had nothing available anymore. Instead, they offered to send us to another hotel with worse conditions and at a higher price. On top of that, the area is extremely dirty, full of sketchy people on the street.

Many of the reviews on Google Maps and Booking are fake. I’ve seen the same tactic before in India.

The next day, we went to several hotels that showed availability on Booking, but in person they all said they didn’t have those rooms and only had some “deluxe” option at three times the price.

In the end, we did find a hotel, but it was very difficult to find an honest one!

The hotel is filthy, and there are bugs crawling up the walls in the room. The breakfast is unacceptable. They don't even have milk, claiming that many people have allergies. The staff are unfriendly and prone to lying and cheating. Furthermore, incorrect photos of the exterior were uploaded – at least on Check24. There's no elevator, and you're expected to carry your suitcase up to the 6th floor alone. When I moved to a different hotel, I was accused of not having tried to resolve the issue, even though I had repeatedly complained about the condition of the room and asked for a solution. In my opinion, this hotel isn't even suitable for a city break.

You only get what you pay for,
Location is good, close to istiklal street,
Staff behaviour is very friendly and accommodating, lobby is very beautiful.
Old building and has not elevator. Hotel price reflects by itself. They helped me carry luggage in my Uber.
There is always a room for improvement, this hotel can be improved in a very great manner.

It was a bad experience. I paid for a triple room. Things started when we arrived at the door and the hotel name was different. My room was in the second or third building on the left, on the next street. It turned out to be a double-bedroom attic. It was much smaller than the pictures showed. The glasses and bed were clean. I arrived late and was tired, so I didn't complain when the room was changed. However, things took a turn for the worse that night. I woke up around 3 a.m. from the smelly sink drain, so I had to stay up all night with the windows open, put towels in the drain, and sleep. It was a disgusting experience. I definitely don't recommend it.

clean hotel. at first day the neighboor seems a little bad but you will use to it, accessibility to istiklal st is easy. the owner Mr Serkan is very friendly and nice man, he's helpful, the minibar is fantasic and very cold, the hair dryer ok, the other rooms were quiet and all family, no singles. among 3 star and even some 4 stars hotel this hotel highly recommended

An affordable excellent stay near Istiklal street, with the super helping host (Serkan) that helped us in anycase. This hotel is even good if you travel solo, as you can count on the people from hotel. Ordinary breakfast and clean rooms. Definitely will come back to this place.

Cleanliness needs to be improved significantly, but the location is good. The shower area was nice and new, but the toilet seat was broken. The window was broken. The bed and bedding were dirty. The only positive aspect of the service we received was the attentiveness of the staff at check-in and check-out. Parking is not a problem; you can find a spot in the evenings.

I used this hotel twice. The worst experience I ever had. Very steep alley. There is no such thing as room service. Too much noise. Dirt and cockroaches everywhere. Food without change and very bad quality. Dirty and stained sheets. No safety box. Bathroom full of mold. You have to ask a lot to get shampoo and soap. Finding hair in breakfast. The sneeze of the person who was responsible for the food on the bread. I heard from several people in the hotel about the presence of mice, but I did not encounter this problem myself. Overall, it was one of the worst experiences of my life.

Great hotel in the centre of Istanbul with excellent service and great breakfast.
It is a perfect place to stay if you want to be in the centre of the city.

The rooms were very small we didn’t have a place to walk.
Even the bathroom was so small
The bed was so tiny we couldn’t sleep normally with the stres if we fall to the ground in the middle of night.
The staff wasn’t friendly at all
The breakfast wasn’t tasty and it didn’t have option to choice
The walls were very thin we heard every noise outside our room
And this place was like burdelo there were a line of men’s waiting to get massage by two women’s
I can say that is not a place to go with your family
The only good thing was the internet
And that this motel was in the city center

From our warm welcome by mr Nadir to the impeccable recommendations and clean room! Every detail was perfect. The attentive staff went above and beyond, and the serene atmosphere made for a truly rejuvenating stay. The location was perfect for exploring Istanbul! We were so pleased and look forward to returning.

Amazing Hotel, was here in October 2024 with my family and they treated me with amazing care, amazing food and a friendly atmosphere. Even though it was a bit compact all rooms were all clean and always managed to help us when we first entered the country and left. Helped us organise stuff to do around Istanbul like cruises across the ocean and more and was more then a service but was a good friend. Excellent choice if your staying in Istanbul.

This is my first time visiting Istanbul and I am very happy with the conditions of this hotel.

Overall maximum grade.
For perfectionists you will probably always find many disadvantages, but if you want a hotel placed in a very good area, with a very good breakfast buffet, at a very good price and with a staff worthy of appreciation - I highly recommend this hotel.

I've been here for 3 days and I'll stay a few more days.

One mistake on the part of the receptionist (For which I have all the respect and I give it the highest grade for kindness) was that he passed me the POS payment note in Turkish lira instead of the euro conversion and initially I paid much less than I should have to pay.
They checked later and it was fixed immediately.
All respect for the reception and the people in the kitchen.

I read several reviews before choosing this hotel and many of the negative reviews are not true. The hotel has been renovated and is still being refurbished.

Grade 10 from me. I am convinced that the staff does everything possible to make you feel at home. 🇹🇷🇹🇩
