Hands down the best hotel I have stayed at. The service is impeccable and the staff always go above and beyond with everything. The room is always clean and tidy and the breakfast buffet offers a variety of yummy food. Reception was always helpful and even pointed us to some cool attractions. If I get the privilege of visiting Istanbul again, I will definitely choose Seraglio!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, my Dad and I stayed here for 9 nights. Staff were warm and welcoming, from the breakfast staff to reception. Location was great too, just a few minutes walk to the Blue Mosque. Highly recommended!
Absolutely amazing place! The service provided is honestly second to none. Najeeb and Naeem are the most genuine and nicest people I have ever met. They took care of us like no other. Would recommend without a doubt. They made us feel like we are at home.
Prefect location, staff, cleanliness our first time here it was recommended by my sister-in-law. We stayed here for 5 nights went to Antalya and now we are going back there again for rest of our vacation. Looking forward to see the staff again and enjoy Istanbul with my family🤲🧿
This is a great hotel to stay in for a visit to Istanbul.
We had a room with a Hammam which was well worth the extra. The room was very clean and well serviced.
Breakfast was plentiful and really set us up for the day.

Sweet, Courteous, accommodating staff. Rooms were adequate for a good night sleep. Loved their daily tea and coffee. Complimentary breakfast was pretty good as well.

Here the location is very good, walking distance to Sultanahmet Square, the square is Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque that the two attractions. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly and always dedicated to help people. Special thanks to the front Desk of Yousuf to us recommended a great restaurant. He also helped us to confirm the route is correct, ask our dining feedback.

Thank you for the best service we have ever witnessed in Istanbul. I came here for a good meal from Kazakhstan with my friends, but also got a very good emotions. Kurban is very intelligent and welcoming person, all the staff was friendly and polite. Thank you!!

COME DANCE THE NIGHT AWAY! Super fun place if you're looking for a sparklers-DJ-dancing-on-a-rooftop vibe. We went late night for some drinks and caught a PARTY instead. If nightclubs are your scene, there's no better way to do it than here because you also have the best view of the blue mosque.

It was a fantastic experience with wonderful hospitality! We ordered drinks and food, and afterward, they generously brought us tea and some sweets on the house. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The food was delicious. if I visit Istanbul again, I’d definitely come back here. Also, such an amazing view.

I can only give all the praise for the Hotel and the employees. The hotel is in a great location where everything is available to you. From the moment we arrived, the employees welcomed us very warmly and helped us with our luggage. They were happy to help us with any information we needed. The rooms are tidy and are cleaned every morning. I even received a gift for my birthday that was waiting for me in the room to my wonderful surprise. My rating is 10. All recommendations from the bottom of my heart. I can very happily recommend this hotel. Thank you and see you next time. Greetings from Bosnia and Herzegovina

Amazing location! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Remember to take your own towels though. The terrace view is breathtaking. The breakfast is very nice.

The service offered by this youth hotel for the price is very satisfying. Perfect location. You can go in and out at whatever hour you want. Just think of bringing your own towel.

Very close to all the attractions. The view from the terrace is descent. They have a 24h open reception and the staff are friendly and helpful. Cheap accomodation and not so bad breakfast.

Very cool and Friendly Staff + the cheapest hostel that you can find in historical peninsula of Istanbul. It has free breakfast and a roof top bar with a beautiful view of bosphorous on the east side and view of Aya Sofia and Sultanahmet mosque when you look to the west.
