A wonderful hotel with excellent, friendly service. The entire stay was perfect. The hotel's location is a 5-minute walk from Taksim metro station and the same distance from Istiklal pedestrian street. It's a 20-minute walk to the Bosphorus coast, where the T1 tram line to Sultanahmet runs.
The hotel is well-maintained; the room was cleaned daily, towels were changed, and water was provided. The breakfasts were delicious, made with fresh products – just like in a Turkish home.
We felt cared for by the staff, who showed interest in our well-being and the quality of our stay. We recommend this hotel – we're already planning to return.

I stayed here during my business trip to Istanbul and had a great experience. The hotel is quiet, comfortable, and perfect for families. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast in the beautiful garden was delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our experience from beginning to end. The hotel is perfectly located near Taksim Square, in a quiet and pleasant area. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated.

The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help us with a smile. They made us feel at home throughout our stay ❤️

The breakfast was delicious, and the atmosphere of the hotel was warm and relaxing. It was the perfect choice for our couple’s trip to Istanbul, and we would definitely love to come back on our next visit ✨

We enjoyed our stay here and the staff was super helpful! We ended up extending our stay for another night and ended up with their penthouse. Too bad we didn’t stay that long. Location was perfect as it’s very close to Taksim Square and all modes of public transportation. Breakfast was superb and coffee was great 🥰 Will stay again!

My son and I recently stayed at the Marion’s Suite Hotel for a week. Our room was perfect for our stay which was a combination of work and leisure. All of the staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. The ladies who cleaned our room daily were so thorough and every day they fully replaced all the waters & coffee. Sheffi helped us order local delivery food one night when we stayed in. The location was perfect for all aspects of sightseeing but for me it was the amazing staff who made our trip so special. This is one of the best aparthotels I stayed in. It is very close to Takshim square and has a cozy vibe. We stayed in the Family suite and it has very spacious. It had a balcony offering perfect space to unwind and relax. The best part about the hotel is the hospitality and its Manager, Veli. He is very polite and kind and always ready to help. Similarly, his colleague Shafique is also supportive. The only challenge is a bunch of stairs which you have to climb up and down to reach from the street to the hotel but Istanbul is geographically like that with full ups and downs so can't help. We will surely stay in this property again next time we visit Istanbul.

I booked four nights for my relative and
One of the my cousin is handicapped he can’t see an walk , they after me and my wife tried to go and visit them in the room, the hotel manager didn’t allow us to go visit them
He was absolutely disaster and abnormal person and lots of bad things my relatives were complaining……….

It was a small and good hotel.
Rooms were so clean and the breakfast area has a panaromic view.
But the variety of breakfast food was not good enough.
The location of the hotel is so good.
Generally i was satisfied with the hotel and attitude of the staff.

For 4* hotel is not that good, staff is not welcoming, they are not speaking english that good so for everything we want we have that language barrier. Breakfast is nice because of the view but everyday offer for breakfast is the same.
Location is very good because taksim square is near so you have metro, bus and everything is close to you.

The room is too small ( bathroom is separated only by glass from the sleeping room) , it was not clean at all, no bright lights, the service was not good.
Only the food was good, so better look for another place :)

Don't even consider coming here. Hotel staff is rude, they told us we had to pay extra for breakfast even though it was included in our booking. Rooms are very small and extremely smelly. Elevators are small as well. Only good thing was the breakfast but not good enough to recommend the hotel.
