Reasonable prices, and its value for the location it has. The staff was friendly and helpful but you have to do much more for cleaning and furnitures of the room, so old and rusty.

The hotel in a good location all the shops and the restaurant around the hotel .
Also, the money value good. 
And the train station around five minute from the hotel the staff also very good helpful specially Mr Yousef the manager of the hotel
Also I advise The manager should check the rooms from time to time to make sure everything are working and the rooms in a good condition I wish them all the best for good future .

Great low-budget hotel in the heart of Istanbul. Super central location, very clean rooms, and the staff is extremely friendly. The price is unbeatable – excellent value for money! I always book here when I’m in Istanbul for business.

Affordable place to stay, comfortable and clean. The staff is what made it an excellent place for us to stay. Second night there was a power cut, but the reception staff helped us and found a hotel for us to stay for the night. When i had my surgery, the staff were bringing me ice every half hour which i am so grateful for. We are very satisfied with our stay here and would come again :)

The hotel is located in a narrow area of an old residential area, with difficult parking. The room is small and the bed is narrow. If you are just staying for a short time, you can handle it at this price. The sanitary conditions are average.

we stayed here 3 times (2-4 days each time), rooms were good enough ( if there was something wrong it was enough to ask for help at the reception and they fix it immediately ) location is very close to tramway, bus stations, hospital, and pedestrian road, many facilities around, staff was helpful 24 hours. price was very good to us !
