Really nice hotel, tasty Turkish breakfast cuisine with so many varieties. Excellent service and clean throughout, friendly staff too. Fast internet connection, but the lighting in the room is not bright enough, other than that, loved it.

The room is very clean, with a small bar downstairs and an exhibition company nearby, which is convenient for business trips

Parking Disaster
The hotel information says that the hotel has free parking, but the hotel does not have a parking lot. You park your car on the road in exchange for a mandatory tip :). I chose this place to avoid parking problems, but I regretted it.

The hotel is very close to the shopping mall
The roads nearby are narrow and traffic jams are common during commuting hours.
The street is a bit noisy at night

Better than what i was expecting and comparing to its rate and comments, everything is available, i had problem with fixing the AC myself so i called the receptionist and they were super fast to come and help. I really liked the place and it is so affordable, clean, and comfy.

Regarding the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff this is one of the worst hotels I've ever been to. It doesn't matter if you are waiting at the reception or in the restaurant: the personnel is ignoring you all the time and seems like it doesn't want to help you. You have to call their attention by yourself which is a no-go in a 4-star-hotel.
Even though the room and the variety at the breakfast buffet are okay, we would not recommend this place.
