The staff was really kind and the hotel's cat was really adorable. My room wasn't clean I had hoped and it was a little bit out of date. I had expected some basic items such as cotton swabs, water bottles and hand sanitizer, yet they weren't included. The stairs were narrow and you can kind of hear other guests' noises. The best thing about this hotel is that it's close to the subway.

The worst property ever. Filthy the rooms stank of all kind. I have viewed a few because the first smelled unbearable than the second one they showed me smelled nothing other than strong extreme human poo!! I had to settle for the third where there was absolutely no air, the windows are actually blocked with wood… yes, dark dirty and extremely smelly

Bad service to the client, had to make my own bed, throw my own garbage away and get my own towels. Very narrow stairs and corridors, uneven levels. Nice room though

Nice staff and rooms with nice view, BUT huge internet issues. If you have a Mac or iPhone and need to do work, don’t come here. No business center and the internet connection just does NOT work! Overall, good location.

This is a clean, comfortable hotel situated close to all the main attractions of Istanbul. The staff is friendly and helpful, and my stay in the top suite was so enjoyable that I didn't want to leave. I'll be back!

Nice enough. Rather dated and in need of some upkeep, but clean and quiet. Bed is comfortable. The shower is annoying, but that's just European showers. Decent quality for the price, I'd stay there again.
