How I miss my home away from home in Istanbul....Ayramin Hotel! For our first time in Istanbul, we could not have had a better place to call home! Centrally located, not far from Taksim Square (very walkable) we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were so friendly and became our family during our stay (we miss them dearly). Shoutout to front desk manager, Ahmet. He was so helpful in guiding us to shopping spots, as well as giving us restaurant suggestions and places we should check out during our visit. Rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. Anything we needed, staff were always ready and available to provide us with items. I would love to go back to Istanbul and when I do, I know I will stay here again!

We stayed at this hotel for a week and can confidently recommend it: excellent location, right by Istiklal Street, yet because the hotel is situated in an alley, no outside noise from the bustling street reached us. The room was spacious, unlike rooms offered by other hotels. The level of cleaning was beyond praise. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to help. The room was warm, with a wonderful mattress and beautiful interior. Breakfasts were varied and hearty, with delicious coffee; the only wish was for some dishes to be warmer, but overall this didn't detract from the experience. We would gladly return again.

Service is good. Breakfasts are fine.
Room was cleaned every day. Also there was quite spacious bathroom. Quite a lovely location touristic wisely. A+ for all said above.
But… If you’re looking for some quite place that’s not your choice. No sound isolation at all! You can hear car honks and police (which station is right outside of the window) cars sirens like you are sleeping right on the sideway of the road and no matter what time of the day it is. Same situation with the noise from the hall when some neighbours decide to clap the doors at 2am and keep talking while walking through the hall. Then you wake up at 6am because you can hear neighbour’s alarm like it’s buzzing on your nightstand
.
That’s why I switched the hotel even though I had one more night prepaid.

I chose this hotel for its excellent location, being close to Taksim Square and just off Istiklal Avenue. The room was much cleaner than I expected, and it was great that there was still plenty of space even after opening two suitcases. The shower pressure and temperature were perfect, allowing me to warm up and sleep soundly even during a very cold, rainy winter in Istanbul. The complimentary coffee and chai available in the ground floor cafe were also a huge plus. I'm 99.9% satisfied! My only minor complaint is that the elevator doesn't stop exactly on the floor, so you have to use the stairs for a short bit. However, this wasn't a significant issue.

A very clean, cozy hotel with a spacious room. It's located just a two-minute walk from Istiklal Street. They have a heating system, so the room stays very warm in winter. The staff are customer-oriented and friendly. The breakfast is quite decent compared to other hotels near Istiklal.

Stayed for a week and I must say this hotel is really lovely. We booked the open family room which had a double bed, two twin bed and a kitchen with electric stove, kettle and every day table ware. The sizing of the room was really good and the cleanliness was great but not excellent as there was dust on certain surfaces. The lift at the hotel is small which fits about 3 people but I didn’t have any issues taking the stairs. The location was amazing as we were able to walk most places and the metro station was close by. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is unlimited tea and coffee available for everyone at the restaurant for free and the garden is nicely decorated. The only complaint I had was the noise level but it was expected with the location and I cannot blame the hotel for this. We did not get the breakfast because it was €20 per person which I think is a lot, there were many breakfast spots around which cost less. If I do come back to Istanbul I would book this hotel again.

The hotel is very good value for money. It’s located right in the city centre, so all the main sights and public transport are close and easy to reach. Breakfast was tasty and varied. The only thing we didn’t really like was the hot water issue. The staff fixed it very quickly, but it inconvenienced us twice.

The hotel is located on a very narrow street (not easy to find if you're arriving on your own), but otherwise it's top-notch. Super helpful staff and a great location. Would definitely stay here again.

We recently stayed at Ayramin Hotel and had an amazing experience from start to finish.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything we needed and making us feel very welcome. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable, with everything you might need for a relaxing stay.

The location is perfect — just one minute from Istiklal Street, so you’re right in the heart of the action, but still in a very safe area, which made us feel at ease when walking around, even later in the evening.

Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and highly recommend Ayramin Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. We would definitely come back!

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. Mr. Tharwat is a professional who cares a lot about customer service, and he has a very good team around him, all of them were very attentive. Daria was always tending to our concerns.

The rooms were also fabulous, value for money, excellent cleaning service. Absolutely no complaints. Will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends!

Highly Do Not Recommend!
Dirty rooms- towels & bedsheets not clean- bathroom broken tiles- stinky sofa and broken sofa bed- faulty curtains.
They claim french balconies that they dont have.
They claim late check out which they dont honor.
Rude staff - they dont converse in English whick creates a communication barrier
weak unreliable Wifi in the Room, keeps cutting off.
Kitchenette un-useable; sink out if order, no utensils, kettle very dirty .
Housekeeping & fresh towels not offered daily, and when they clean they use high Chlorine concentrate initiating severe allergic reaction and teary burning eyes!

Just checking out from the hotel at the moment but i can’t leave without praising this place and the lovely people who looked after us very well. All the rooms were spot on! just like they addressed through the photos. Especially super nice staffs, zubair and Daria treated us like home! Can’t wait to be back here soon!

A COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT!
An incredibly amateur establishment that does not even come close to a 4-star standard.

The hotel staff provided the guests with unfounded and incorrect information regarding matters that were none of their business, which led to very serious misunderstandings between us. It is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel to interfere in the private space and communication of its guests in this manner. There were many other negative issues, but I do not see a need to state them here as they cross ethical boundaries. I definitely do not recommend this facility, which is completely devoid of professionalism and work ethics.

I had an amazing 3-night stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. One of the biggest advantages was the nearby parking. Although it is paid parking, finding a parking space in this area can be very difficult, so having convenient parking close to the hotel made our trip much easier and stress-free.

The location is excellent, with so many attractions, cafés, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. We were able to explore the area comfortably without needing transportation for most places.

The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, peaceful, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. What truly made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly polite, welcoming, and professional. Their hospitality and willingness to help made us feel valued and at home from the moment we arrived until check-out.

Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
