I had an emergency Inwas in Canada my mother dies so I had to fly from Thailand to Canada just to sign a piece of paper to sell her house and when I was there I lost my passport. I contacted them several times of the emergency but they were completely unresponsive and would not credit or refund my reservation. The two other hotels Inhad reserved did no problem. Do not book there unless you are sure you are going there is no mercy.

I had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is clean, new, and modern, with a comfortable atmosphere throughout. All the staff were incredibly attentive and kind, making sure every need was taken care of. Truly enjoyed my experience — highly recommended!

My stay has been good, though the room is small but it’s clean and staff are very friendly. Breakfast is good and they extend their serving time to accommodate me. Will be back here once I visit Turkiye in the future.

Loved this hotel in Istanbul! There are plenty of cafés and restaurants around, and if you’re a cat lover, ask for room 304 — you’ll have plenty of furry company to keep you entertained 😄

The staffs are so nice and helpful. Will tell me where to eat and what to do. And also show me the room and also really nice hotel. I will definitely come back.

The hotel is centrally located, the service is attentive as we had several requests during our stay. The breakfast is ok, hot dishes are served by menu. There are different layouts of rooms and most of them are of a moderate size (enough for traveling solo or for a couple with not much luggage). Not many public space, but it can be explained by the fact that the building is not a modern one. The main thing to keep in mind is that during the weekend it may be quite noisy as it is an area with proximity to bars and restaurants

The Soul Hotel was cosy and rooms decorated very well. Staff were friendly and helpful. We loved having the cat visit us in the room with balcony. Only setback was that the Hotel is at the bottom of a steep slope and as it rained on two of 3 days we were there, it was a challenge to go out to the Istikal / Takim areas.

Everything was perfect. The location in Beyoglu near bus, tram an metro. The breakfast was delicious with many local products. And the staff was very friendly and give us many reccomendations of restaurants.

I booked four nights for my relative and
One of the my cousin is handicapped he can’t see an walk , they after me and my wife tried to go and visit them in the room, the hotel manager didn’t allow us to go visit them

It was a small and good hotel.
Rooms were so clean and the breakfast area has a panaromic view.
But the variety of breakfast food was not good enough.
The location of the hotel is so good.
Generally i was satisfied with the hotel and attitude of the staff.

For 4* hotel is not that good, staff is not welcoming, they are not speaking english that good so for everything we want we have that language barrier. Breakfast is nice because of the view but everyday offer for breakfast is the same.
Location is very good because taksim square is near so you have metro, bus and everything is close to you.

The room is too small ( bathroom is separated only by glass from the sleeping room) , it was not clean at all, no bright lights, the service was not good.
Only the food was good, so better look for another place :)

Don't even consider coming here. Hotel staff is rude, they told us we had to pay extra for breakfast even though it was included in our booking. Rooms are very small and extremely smelly. Elevators are small as well. Only good thing was the breakfast but not good enough to recommend the hotel.
