Besiktas Otel in Istanbul

I stayed at Cheya, fronting Conrad Hotel, just last week while attending a weeklong conference. I noticed English speaking desk officers who are so welcoming. I really appreciate their kind assistance the whole week. Kudos to Ms Oxena who manages the breakfast area. And, Mr Musa Onuk who is also a staff of the hotel. I also appreciate the housekeeping staff with how they clean my room especially my bed. What else could you ask but a nice, tidy, and clean bed after a long draining day. Cheya had it secured for me all the time. So, thank you housekeeping team! By the way, the location is across a park, walking distance to almost everything you need like restaurants, bar, grocery shops and many more. Will I stay at Cheya in the future? A big YES because of staff and the value for money anyone could get at Istanbul!

It’s not the most luxurious hotel and parking spaces are limited (only three), but the people there welcome you with exceptional warmth. At breakfast, Mrs. Oxana cooks with great care and a truly special sense of empathy. She made our stay much more enjoyable. Multumim tare mult!!!!!

We chose this hotel because of the good reviews. We were there for 8 days and we want to thank to all the employees. 🙏They are very professional, friendly and helpful. We are also grateful to the maids for cleaning the room every day. Mr. Musa and Isa welcomed us but everyone delighted us with their kindness and help. We sincerely hope to come again.

The rooms are compact but have everything you need. Great bathroom....again small but compact and modern fitments with hairdryer. Comfortable kingsize bed TV & Aircon. Great value includes good breakfast

I was in university exams 1 week ago. I like so much Cheya HOTEL. All personal is so good , always clean room and fresh water in my room, no one disturbing my rest time, beautiful room, fast Wifi, near of the hotel very tested pizza and shushi, market and Starbucks and Burger king, pubs and Şok and BİM markets... Beautiful Park and bus station from where u can go everywhere! Great location with very good price! Recommend everyone to stay there. Arrived at the hotel on September 1st around 8 in the morning after a long overnight flight from Washington DC. Had to wait till 1pm to finally get into the room. I had informed the hotel one month ago about my early arrival. The reason given was hotel was full. I get it. But had they advised me a month ago I would have reserved an additional day. Other than that no complaints everything was wonderful. Eesa and
Moosa of the front desk, the lady in the kitchen, the house keeping ladies were all wonderful,helpful and kind

Cozy hotel. The staff is extremely friendly. The lady who served the rooms. Every morning she asked me. Do I want her to clean the room. She gave me water. She wanted to be helpful with anything. I'm sorry I didn't ask her name. The receptionist Musa was very friendly. He always asked me what I needed. Even when my stay at the hotel ended. And I was standing outside. There were still 2 hours until my transfer to the airport. Musa offered me to sit in the hotel lobby. Otherwise, I would have stood for 2 hours waiting for the transfer car. Musa asked me if I wanted anything else. He always helped me. The good attitude from all the staff continued after I left the room. I am grateful to all 4-5 staff. They were all very friendly. In 6 months I will visit Istanbul again. And I will most likely choose the same hotel. For me, the friendly staff is more important than the rooms. The bed was big and comfortable.

Stayed at cheya for 3 weeks. Really happy with the services and all the satff members especially wanted to say a big thank you to Isa and Musa who are at the front desk. They made our stay even more enjoyable by going above and beyond their job roles making sure we were happy and comfortable at all times. They even helped out by giving us advice and pointing out local tourist spots and arranging them for us. Every request or query we had was sought after straight away no job was too big or small for them.
Also enjoyed the breakfast every morning prepared by lovey polite lady called oxana, who always greeted us with a smile.
The location of the hotel is perfect with local shops and travelling amenities all close by within walking distance. Made the most of the boat rides to discovering local cities as the port is just down the road.
Would definately stay here again. :)

I would first like to highlight the impeccable service provided by absolutely all the staff members. At the reception, Mr. Jesus/Isa was extremely attentive—he even gave me tips on where to find the best prices and was always very helpful, kind, and respectful.

Other staff members also assisted me by carrying my luggage to my room and showing me all the amenities available.

I stayed in a studio room with a bed, and upon arrival, I found it very spacious and cozy for a studio. It was fully equipped, including a kitchen with everything I needed to cook. All the supplies were provided, and the towels were replaced the next day without me even having to ask.

When it comes to service and efficiency, I truly have no complaints—only compliments.

However, regarding the bed I stayed in, when I lay down, I started to feel a slight itching sensation on my skin and feet, similar to mosquito bites. But there were no mosquitoes in the room, and the windows were closed. I believe there might have been some bed insects. I’m not sure of the exact reason—it could have been something left by the previous guest. As you can see in the photos, I woke up with my feet like this after the first night.

This was really the only negative experience I had, and I truly wish it hadn’t happened, because otherwise my stay was exceptional.

The breakfast was also very well served. I didn’t eat much because I’m on a diet, but it was definitely a breakfast where you can find everything you could possibly want—fruits, pastries, bread, drinks, coffee, salads, you name it.

The hotel overall is truly outstanding and clean, apart from the issue I experienced with the bed. However, based on other reviews I’ve read, everyone mentions the cleanliness as excellent. So perhaps it was just an isolated issue with my room.
