It was a good stay, especially the reception staff who were very helpful and great listeners. I really loved this experience; it was unique and the location is excellent.

The room is tiny, incredibly tiny! Don't be fooled by the photos!

We booked several nights and no one came to clean or tidy the room. They weren't even willing to provide us with the daily necessities like tissues, bath towels, shower gel, and shampoo!

The staffs are so friendly. The room is clean but unfortunately the day we check in there was a bad smell in the fresh water and the flush water in the toilet has a brownish color too. The next day before we check out the water was clean already. The place is jus walking distance to grand bazaar and there’s a lot of restaurant too

Overall, for the price, the room was decent. The staff were polite and friendly. The bed was comfortable. The room itself was tiny. On the downside: we were put on the ground floor and could hear people walking and talking all night. The sink was very small, making it impossible to wash up properly. The bathroom was a bit dirty; it didn't feel clean. There's a market nearby and cafes within walking distance.

The hotel room in Istanbul was extremely dirty. The bed sheets had blood and yellow stains and were not clean at all. This was unacceptable and made me feel unsafe. I request a refund or compensation.

We were given two basement rooms that were absolutely uninhabitable, more like storage closets. The shower was broken, so we couldn't even bathe. If it hadn't been so late at night with no other options, we would never have checked in. Has Trip.com even vetted this kind of hotel?
