Sile Gardens Hotel & Spa

I post 2 stars due to a reason I will explain later;
Location: 5 stars - 5 min to the sea and to the zoo and the downtown.
Breakfast: 4 stars with good variety of food .. wish if the coffee were better.
Services: room service is one star .. very bad room service. One of the days they even missed it.
Other: i was surprised of the staff who was racist .. They mentioned many times that they don't prefer to accommodate Syrians .. I was surprised!!

Here is not exactly hotel , its “big swimming pool with some rooms to stay” .
Check in time was too crowded and rush , and reception gives key without any description.
Rooms are not equipped for everything you should call reception.
No free water and tea ,also no kettle in room .
Breakfast and dinner is on service but terribly managed and low quality.
Big space but poor managment.
Closed Swimming pool is with cold water and open swimming pool have not enough sun-bed , people forcing to standing or waiting for 1 hour or come from early morning to grab a sun bed.
Staffs are not educated well and some of them rude .
Totally is not suggesting at all.More

And they are accepting people from outside the hotel only for the swimming pool.

Plus i asked the crew to warm the milk of my 1 year old and they sad that they didnt have time for that

Well, the very first thing that is kinda hard to deal with is the distance of the hotel from the center which is almost 4-5 km. It can be nothing if there is good transportation but you need to wait for at least 20 mins till a cab picks you up from the hotel! If you decide to stay in the hotel, you will become bored very soon as there is no special program not in the morning and nor at nights. There is a game room in which almost all the facilities are out of use.
While we were staying there, there was a loud party going on late at night which continued till 12:30-1:00 am. The party holders were not welcoming too and we had no other option just to tolerate the noise!

The breakfast was simply bad! The food is not fresh and the quality is very poor.

The rooms are clean but old. The best part of this hotel is a small farm next to it in which they keep animals like ostrich , bunny, peacock , birds, goats and etc. The man being in charge is very nice and he showed me some cute baby bunnies which soothed the pain of staying in this hotel!

One of my worst hotel experience. 9 month pregnant with a 3 year old baby we had a room at the first floor on the parking lot. Just across the parking a garden where a party took place with music really load. When we went to the reception to complain they answer that it will end at 11.30 pm. In fact it last much longer. They said they couldn't change our room.not because there was no more but because the one free where more expensive. So they prefer to let you unable to sleep than give you a quiet room that will not be used.
We will never go back to this place.
