The location is ideal, offering easy access to both the historic and modern sides of Istanbul. The hotel is beautifully situated near the Bosphorus, and the views from the room were simply breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset.
Our room was spacious, spotless, and elegantly designed with modern touches. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom luxurious, and the housekeeping team ensured everything was immaculate throughout our stay.
The service at Conrad Istanbul is top notch, attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. Every staff member went above and beyond to make sure we had an unforgettable experience. Whether it was at the reception, concierge, or restaurant, the level of detail and personal attention was outstanding.
Breakfast was another highlight, a lavish buffet with a wide variety of Turkish and international dishes, all beautifully presented. The terrace restaurant offers stunning views of the Bosphorus, making each morning feel special.

Staff at the front desk and concierge were very helpful. Property is clean and kept in mint condition. The park right outside the front door is a great place to get some steps in or relax in this green oasis.
Executive Lounge is OK, offer is basic but it offers a nice terrace and seems rarely crowded.
The hotel amenities are outstanding: a well-equipped gym, a beautiful pool area with staff who are always smiling and helpful, and an executive lounge that’s perfect for relaxing with great refreshments. In-room dining is also excellent, with a wide selection and thoughtful service. The food is not only delivered promptly but also beautifully served right in your room. Housekeeping deserves a special mention with their superb service. They were efficient, warm, and meticulous and easily among the best housekeeping service I’ve experienced anywhere.
Breakfast is the only area that could use a bit of fine-tuning. The food is excellent with a wide variety well beyond a typical continental spread, but the dining room is busy at all hours and hot drinks are staff-served, which can mean a wait. A few times I had to ask twice for coffee, and we noticed other guests doing the same during our six breakfasts. As for the executive lounge, the choices are limited but still varied everyday - the allergen labels are also inconsistent for the food which is another area that could be improved - especially for someone with a nut allergy since many of the dishes are nut based.
The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and immaculately maintained, creating an inviting and relaxing atmosphere throughout. Overall, this was a memorable stay with thoughtful touches, including a surprise anniversary champagne and cake. We are already recommending the Conrad Istanbul to our family and friends.
