Lavinia Apart Hotel in Alanya

This was an okay hotel hadn’t have the food or drinks there but by the reviews I think it’s good but I must say sonny bun lower the A/C price like son €12 euro per night like son that’s expensive had to family argued with the price to the reception and when we went to the beach they disabled are room and it took like 30 minutes to unlock (I think )
And I must say everything else was good and I must say the cleaner is the G
and instead maybe instead of like charging for A/C like maybe include it in the price so there is no hassle and Iam a new gen that’s like why Iam saying all this slang so yeah that’s my experience

I stayed here a Yr ago for first time holiday experience ws not so good, AC is not included in your package so we had to pay for it, 1 of the staff member at the desk gave a really good deal for 2 rooms for 4 days. Cleaning staff wernt doing the job properly, noticed 1 day they had been in my room but didn't clean nothing at all. Didnt change bedsheets or provide us with clean towels, There was broken glass and vape under the sofa bed which was there from before our stay in my kids apartment , they didn't get a proper bed in the 2nd room. AC was dripping all night until it got fixed next day.Lovely pool where kids enjoyed swimming. We were accused of a broken toilet seat which was already broken but we had to pay for before we left otherwise they wernt letting us go, they told us they couldn't give us a receipt and had to wait for manager who was coming in 3hrs later but we had to leave for the airport, there was a nice chap at reception who knew we had to get to the airport and sorted our receipt out for the "damage" some staff were nice and some had an attitude problem. Overall lovely location, lovely destination. Needed alot of upgrading and better training to staff provided. Exchange was available 24-7 at reception. I hope they've improved over the year

The experience was very bad in this hotel. Firstly, the staff were very unwelcoming. We than went to our room which was obviously very hot, and we noticed there was only 1 AC in the whole apartment, we could not find the remote so we went to the reception for help and they stated we had to pay £60 for it. We payed for the remote and turned on the AC, which was in bad condition. Me and my family (4 people) had to sleep and sit in one room because it was the only one with air conditioning. Secondly, we found the bedsheets and the blankets to be dirty with holes in them. Thirdly, the hairdryer had a wire sticking out which was near the sink, which i find very unsafe. The insulator in the bathroom was not working and there was no windows, therefore it would get very stuffy after taking a shower. Lastly, 5 days after staying there they were discriminatory towards us. Me and my kids came back from outside and we were asked about our room number by the receptionist for no reason when waiting for the elevator, and I noticed that nobody else in the lobby had been asked this question other than us. He than proceeds to look us up in the system and states he is asking this question for 'security', and when we asked what kind of security he does not explain. We have been treated like this even though we respected all the hotels policy and did nothing wrong or suspicious. I took photos as evidence for the things I talked about. We were extremely unhappy with our stay in Lavinia Apart hotel.

We stay there one week. No cleaning, no wc-paper, no clean towels, no clean bed linens, no garbage disposal. It was promised on the tour operators website. It wasn't True. Terrible. Only hamam was good. Newer that place.
