We stayed at the Palmet Sports Hotel from July 14-19, 2022. Upon arrival, we waited a long time for our room to be cleaned. It was supposed to be ready at 2 PM, but it was only ready at 3:30 PM. First of all, I want to say that there's no chance of finding a suitable indoor, air-conditioned seating area; there are very few indoor seating options and the air conditioning doesn't work. The lobby is very small; you can usually sit outside, but it's difficult in the hot weather. Our room was an economy room; it was small but fairly clean, and it was cleaned daily. Regarding the food, there was little variety; almost the same meal was served every day, and the desserts were completely the same, never changing. The worst part of the food was the flies. Black flies were buzzing around the food and breakfast items, landing on them and making me nauseous. One fly even got stuck to a dessert and was trying to get off; it completely ruined my dining experience.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! We were booked to stay for 1 week, all inclusive and left after 2 nights. It is dirty! There is left over food on every stairwell. Rooms are not cleaned properly, especially bathrooms and floors. We even witnessed a stray dog in the dining room.. The head waiter was even taking photographs of a family cuddling up to the dog. Basic cleanliness is not adhered too. Mask wearing is not encouraged. I have travelled to many places over some 40 years and never stayed anywhere so bad. I complained but the Manager was not interested. I can handle basic but not dirty

A terrible place in terms of cleanliness, no room cleaning, no linen change, no towel change, they are not interested in cleaning, the food is not bad, the sweet cake type is served in the evening, whatever comes out for lunch, you are waiting in line for the service away from the sea, we did not have any problems with this, but we went with our own car, but we saw that the friends who went were waiting, it is worth your money. It's not the place, I say go and research it thoroughly, but the staff working apart from the cleaning were wonderful people, their interest and relevance were number one, they were smiling-faced people, I thank them all.

In addition to being far from the sea, there is not enough air conditioner in the lobby, it can't be rinsed too much single or a customer who did not bring their spouse, I saw it in this hotel for the first time 🤔 the rooms are comfortable in general clean but the rooms are not cleaned daily Employees have no work experience the food is terrible cold appetizers are cruel to animals except for the nice morning breakfast Especially the lady in charge of cleaning has two small kittens kicked out of the hotel. The children working in the dining hall and lobby bar are very respectful. We will never choose this hotel again.

The new hotel is clean, the staff is good, friendly, but the transfer is made with trees far from the sea every half hour. This is our second day and there is no problem if our room problem is solved, no problem. We have reserved a room for 4 people. wonderful young people, there are many activities and entertainment every day, especially in the evening, the entertainment of the little ones is worth seeing, thanks to them, we had fun together with the children. I CONTINUE AS MY WIFE'S COMMENT.. there is a problem in the rooms in general, there is a problem in the food types, if these deficiencies are eliminated, everything can be much better.. we came with our grandchildren. We thought we couldn't spare time for ourselves, but thanks to the activities the animation team did during the day, we had a very peaceful holiday. We took time for ourselves. The shows in the evenings were very good. We would like to thank especially the animation manager Can Bey and the animators Ali and Emine. I hope everything goes well, see you soon..
