If the is a Five Star hotel, then I’m the love child of Winston Churchill and Whoopi Goldberg. It’s barely Three Star. Filthy shabby rooms, prison slop for food, the drinks (either hot or cold) are awful. Rude ignorant staff (don’t expect them to understand any English) and management who are utterly useless and don’t give a damn. This is quite simply a disgraceful excuse for a hotel. Whoever gave it a Five Star rating had clearly spent the night before snorting a suitcase full of coke.

The dirtiest, unhealthiest hotel I have ever been in. Our bathroom was like walking into a scrapyard The staff do not care and are so ignorant. If you are British you will have trouble with food. Sickness is rife. Where did this place get a 5 star rating from, it struggles to get 1 star. The sea and sun was the ONLY good thing and that was free. Whichever holiday company is selling this hotel should be ashamed of taking people's money, and get their searchers to review it before many more people have the nightmare we suffered. But do the holiday companies really care?

The most dirty and must terrible experience on our life, staff didn’t speak English , didn’t help only try to charge extra for each option, lied when arrive on location like we has only booked for 2 people room but we has a proof (printed) where is noted we are pay for large family room extra from Love Holidays UK( don’t trust in them) fly and transfer was brilliant but about the hotel is catastrophe Love Holidays didn’t check hotel and I don’t know why the didn’t do it . We are find in first room in toilet and room poo , braking bathroom , dirty shower, iron on the floor, wet and mushroom on the wall, most terrifying experience. Please don’t wasting you’re time and don’t lose you’re money!!!!When we asking to change room the ask extra charge for us, the same they refuse to call manager or make a refund , when finally they agree to change a room we are not end with surprise , room was have a guest the best bigger bug which we are seen in our life.

You will be scammed at this hotel. Got 2 rooms that were on lower ground floor and they were reeking of urine and faeces. Had to pay 100 euros for 2 new rooms (50 euro each). Learned from others there that they went through thr exact same issue, having to fork out 50 euro for new room. TOTAL SCAM OPERATION. The food is always undercooked. My wife is vegetarian and one night tried their potato soup. She discovered salami in it. She then tried the vegetable soup and found chicken in it. Had diarrhoea on several occasions. The drinks are diluted and taste off. There is very poor communication with the bar staff and they often give the wrong drink. I have been to Turkey many times and this is the worst hotel. Avoid.

I do not recommend going to this hotel. The first bad thing was the room, as I opened the door and entered the room, a strong smell of mold hit me, and the ceiling was full of mold. The balcony wasn't cleaned on my entire stay. In the bathroom, the toilet lid was stained with yellow color, you know from what. This hotel has a big problem at the restaurant, it is small and because of this it is always formed crowded food. Stay for 20 minutes to fill a plate with meat, garnish and a salad... They also don't have what you want to drink at the bar. For example at the bar at the restaurant did not have pepsi max at all on any day out of 8, on the last day at dinner they did not have beer, and the coffee machine did not work, not even at the beach bar, so if you want to drink coffee on the beach you can't. In many other days in a row they did not have the ingredients for mojito and did not bring them so I had to drink something else. What did I pay Ultra All Inclusive for? To drink water?

Beş yıldızlı otel beklentinizi çöpe atın, yıldız bile hak etmiyor. Geçirdiğimiz en kötü tatildi. Odaları rutubetli, otopark var diyorlar ama çok küçük, aracı dışarda park ediyorsunuz. Alkolleri kötü, disco diye bir yer var diyorlar pavyon yanında daha disco kalır, sıfır eğlence. Bunlar yetmez gibi yemeklerden zehirlendik. Gelmeyin paranıza yazık etmeyin.

Litearlly PLEASE don’t EVER go there! We were on a holiday with family of 5. The whole hotel is just FILTHY and dated. THE ROOMS Our room was dirty even after cleaning every day. We had someone’s TOENAILS under the bed! The bathroom was just horrible - the water from the shower flooded the floor and the toilet was clogging. The whole bathroom smelled like mold. The room smelled of cigarettes when we arrived. Some of our drinks in our fridge were opened. THE SERVICE The service is rude and unattentive, they just don’t care about the clients at all! The staff almost don’t speak English, Russian is the main language. THE RESTAURANTS AND FOOD The main restaurant is EXTREMELY FILTHY, I just can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like! All the chefs and workers are joyless and inattentive. The tables, chairs and utensils are dirty and the food is the same every day. The coffee is just TERRIBLE, almost undrinkable. The snack bar by the beach offers frozen pizza and fries and the ceiling is falling down. We actually witnessed a hard wood tile falling down on a child while she was eating lunch! They offer ice cream for ONE HOUR every day in the lobby which means there’s a huge queue every day just to get an ice cream. It’s ridiculous! We had UAI which is supposed to mean that everything is included but instead they had counters by the pool that sold milkshakes, cocktails and ice cream for 7€. WHY??? POOLS AND SEASIDE The pools are more or less ok. For some unexplainable reason the water from the slides runs only for some hours during the day. The pool bar is out of order. You can smoke EVERYWHERE outside so that means it’s almost impossible to find a spot beside the pool or the sea without inhailing disgusting cigarette fumes. The beach towels are free but you can get and return them at certain hours only and if you don’t follow the hours you get yelled at. THE TOWELS ARE DIRTY!!! They smell of mold and are visibly dirty. THE EVENING PROGRAM The program in the hotel is a bit embarrasing, the sound system is just awful and extremely painful for the ears. And this hotel is a FIVE STAR HOTEL??? I really recommend NEVER going there!

this hotel was never worth 5 stars! we arrived on July 11 after midnight, the electricity doesn't work here, the elevator is unavailable, you have to pay for WiFi. the employees were fighting here, shouting loudly until 4 in the morning. what you see on their website is an illusion. if you come here you feel as if you were in a boarding house. and not in 5* hotels! I absolutely do not recommend this hotel, it is a bad choice. and it's not even cheap if you book it for a few days. as for the food, it's the same here every day. hygiene 0%!!

Do not visit this hotel! The reviews have to be made up from friends of the hotel as this is not a 3.5 rated hotel! First night had to change room as toilet had flooded with excrement , 2nd night had to call security as room next door was playing television at full blast at 3am in the morning and refused to turn it off. The night manager refused to speak to me as I was English. There was extreme damp and mould in bathroom and ceiling was leaking. The cleaners did not bother to provide fresh towels as had food stains on them and did not give shower mats so had to use face towels for 3 days to dry our feet. The restaurant staff were extremely rude and made us both feel like we were criminals.The only nice person in the hotel was the shop assistant inside! Wouldve taken more photos but was completely in shock and sheer disgusting. Was going to check out 3 days earlier amd fly home. They do not like English people so be warned if anybody from UK is planning on visiting anytime soon. Holiday from Hell
