It's a good hotel with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The staff is friendly and didn't have any problems understanding us. The food is varied, so you can customize your meal in any quantity. The waiters serve portions, but there's no limit—you can order as many as you want. Local alcohol is available as much as you want. The beach is 300 meters away; it's pebbly and a bit crowded, but we were constantly in the sea, which didn't bother us, especially since it's like that almost everywhere else. There's a beach bar with free water, juice, and coffee. Restrooms and showers have fresh water—everything is there. The location is good, everything is within walking distance.

A nice, cozy small hotel with 3 swimming pools—2 large and 1 small for children. Our room had a double bed, air conditioning, a small refrigerator, a combined bathroom, and a shower. There was also a TV, a balcony, a wardrobe, bedside tables, and a table. Internet access is only available at reception. Due to COVID-19, the buffet was converted to a bring-and-serve option at the hotel staff's expense (Turkish food is served). Dining options were both indoors and outdoors. Everything was clean and tidy. The room was cleaned daily, and complimentary water and juices were provided, along with complimentary clean towels. There was also a spa, hammam, sauna, steam room, and massage services. The sea was about 300 meters away. The hotel also had its own private beach, with complimentary drinks. The hotel is located at the foot of the mountain, offering a beautiful view. Nearby are numerous shopping streets and nightclubs. Overall, my wife and I were completely satisfied. We're glad we chose this hotel, as Kemer is where you really get the local flavor. The hotel is right next to the sea, the beach is excellent, and the food and drink are all-inclusive. Free water is also a plus—that's IMPORTANT! Thank you.

Worst vacation experience of my life. I was sleeping on a crowded beach on a previously damaged plastic deck chair when the guy who works there came up to me and started yelling loudly at me for breaking the deck chair! He asked for the room number and was very unpleasant. I experienced such discomfort and stress that my stomach immediately hurt and I did not manage to recover until the end of the vacation. And my sick spine reacted very badly. After returning home, I immediately started treatment and drinking antibiotics for the bacteria I picked up in the hotel pool. There is no joy or laughter in this hotel. The food is tasteless.

This so-called 4-star hotel is barely 2: terrible rooms (balcony door didn’t close, unsafe), same food every day with huge queues, ice cream ‘all inclusive’ only 30 minutes a day, beach far with only water at the bar, and rude staff. Awful place – totally ruined our holiday, do not recommend.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The food was good, but the drinks were not very varied, and cocktails came at an extra cost. The room was clean but quite small, especially for 3 people. There were only two sockets in the room, and one of them was used for the TV, which made charging devices difficult. Every day, they provided bottles of still and sparkling water in the fridge, which was a nice touch. The shower, however, was fixed and not flexible, which made it a bit uncomfortable to use. We chose this hotel because it has slides, but unfortunately they were not working. The staff was not very friendly and there was definitely a language barrier – most of them spoke Russian but very little English. The beach is about a 5-minute walk from the hotel; sunbeds were included in the price and the beach itself was really nice, not too rocky. There were also some bugs around the pool and outdoor dining area. On the positive side, there were activities almost every evening, including a foam party on Saturday, but the music was mostly Russian.

We’ve spent a week there in May 2024. The hotel is ranked four star but in fact it should be five plus. Very good location and a lot of privacy. Two swimming pools. Perfect service. Excellent food. They serve probably the finest tea and coffee in the world. Kemer is a quiet small town, very clean and tourist friendly, no disco, no loud festivals, nice park and many places for walking - a perfect place for a relaxing vacations. I recommend to visit Tahtali mountain (2366m), The Olympos of the Asia Minor and especially Mira with the cathedral of the real saint Nicholas (not the stupid Santa Clause) – all is not far from Kemer.

We are currently in the Kemer Dream Hotel. It is impossible to communicate in English with the staff. Today, we had a really unpleasant situation with the girl working on the Coffee break who ignored us when she realised we are speaking English. The only way of communication is through gestures. The internet connection is poor in every single area of the hotel, especially in the rooms.

Small room, at best mediocre food, small and non ventilated bathrooms and little to no staff that can speak either English or Russian. Not the worst hotel, for travelling on a budget it's actually a good bargain, but if you want a proper vacation without worries about food and commodities there are certainly more adequate options in the area.
