A good hotel for those looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway away from the hustle and bustle of the city, clubs, bars, and restaurants. There's no entertainment, noise, or distractions of any kind. It's clean, the food is high-quality, and the staff is friendly and helpful. A huge plus is the hotel's location in the mountains, in the forest, away from the city. The scent of pine and eucalyptus trees fills the mornings. The beach is not close, but there's a bus service. An excellent choice for a quiet family vacation and those who enjoy peace and nature.

I liked the hotel. The mountainside location offers privacy and quiet, with a pleasant pine scent. The sea and city center are a leisurely 30-minute walk away, and a shuttle is available. The food is delicious. Fruit options include watermelon, cantaloupe, and plums, along with apples, oranges, and grapes. The staff is friendly. The room was in good condition. The free internet is only available in the lobby, and that's weak. The paid internet connection in our room was poor, but it was fast in the lobby. Entertainment is offered twice a week: Turkish Day and a disco.

Our stay at Grand Viking Hotel in Kemer was enjoyable and relaxing. The hotel offers good value for the price and delivers what you would expect from a solid 4-star hotel.
Rooms were clean, housekeeping was done daily, and towels were changed regularly. The hotel charges for Wi-Fi, but we had roaming with Digi, so internet access was not an issue for us.
The food was diverse and flavorful. Some dishes were a bit spicy, but still very tasty. The dessert selection wasn’t huge, but the options were good, and fresh fruit was available every evening.
One of the highlights was the free shuttle service to the beach and to Kemer town center, which runs on a schedule — very helpful and convenient.
We missed lunch most days because we were out on excursions, but we had dinner at the hotel almost every night. Once, we arrived after dinner hours, and the restaurant staff kindly served us anyway — excellent hospitality.

I stayed at the hotel for two days, about a month before arrival I contacted the hotel management to inform them that the date of the stay coincided with my 30th wedding anniversary and I wanted a simple celebration to make my beloved wife happy. Upon arrival I was surprised by the generosity beyond my imagination, as Mr. Ali upgraded the room I booked to a luxury suite and gave my wife and me two free high-speed internet packages. Upon entering the suite I was surprised by the beautiful decoration of flowers and balloons. Then he sent the room a wonderful basket of chocolates and luxurious sweets. This celebration exceeded all my dreams. Many thanks to Mr. Ali and the hotel management. On Tuesday, during the show, he made a cake and presented it with fireworks to celebrate our wedding anniversary. As for the hotel, I can say that it is the best choice for those who want a quiet and happy vacation in Kemer. The rooms are elegant, modernly furnished and excellently maintained. The rooms are spacious, tidy and very clean, and the view is wonderful, whether overlooking the swimming pool or the mountain. The food is excellent, very varied and delicious, all the dishes are fresh and prepared with great care and expertise. Breakfast is from 8 to 10, lunch starts from 12:30 until 2 pm, and dinner is from 7 to 9 pm. The dishes change every day but with the same quality and cleanliness. Drinks are available all day, hot or cold. The swimming pool is beautiful, very clean and tidy. There is also an indoor swimming pool, a gym and a sauna for free. The hotel has a beautiful and wonderful beach. There is a car that transports from the hotel to the beach and back throughout the day, starting from 10 am until 6 pm, with great regularity. This hotel, in all honesty, deserves appreciation. It is generous for the money. All the staff are dedicated to their work. I hope to come back again next year and I will take my sons to enjoy staying in this wonderful hotel. Thank you very much grand viking hotel for a mazing stay.

Overall, this is a below-average hotel. We came as a honeymoon couple. The reason I deducted points was because the waiters constantly reminded us to wear outerwear during lunch hours. However, there were men and women who ate without outerwear. Thank you.

Friendly and diligent working stuff, rich variety of dishes, various meat dishes, vegetables cooked in different ways, desserts, fruits and more. Rooms are not luxurious, but decently kept, frequently maintained, with spacious balconies.
There is a van going to the beach and back to the hotel for free, but it’s a 20 minutes walking distance and we walked to the sea totally all right. WiFi is free, there is also a paid faster one, that the receptionist gave us as a gift

One of the worst hotel We stayed. They staff especially the teenagers working on service are so hardworking and sometimes working more than 12-14 hours. But the hotel and service is bad. Don't consider all inclusive but just average breakfast lunch dinner included

Bad quality of food , I was expecting Turkish cuisine .
There was a violent altercation inside the hotel at night , probably there are outside the hotel people walking to the pool bar .
Hotel staff level of English is low .

It was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. Food wasn't that great, but to be fair, you could always find something to eat.

I had a great experience here. The staff will go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. The food was of a large variety and always freshly cooked. Their Chefs are excellent! The pool was diligently cleaned and the fact that is not chlorinated will make you wanting to stay in it all day! Their shuttles will take you to the beach should you want to go, just about every hour (or, more often). I am highly recommend it !
