Complaint/Feedback Text (Cleaned Version): We encountered some negative experiences during our stay at your hotel and would like to share them for your information. Toilet Hygiene: Unfortunately, both the toilets in the beach area and the lobby were quite dirty and smelled bad. This was due to insufficient cleaning, which was quite disturbing to guests. Beach Staff: The Russian female staff member on the beach was quite grumpy and did not provide friendly service. Her communication with guests was weak and she was indifferent, which negatively affected the atmosphere. Coffee Machine Cleanliness: The food was very delicious and the buffet had a wide variety of options. However, we couldn't use the coffee machine because when it was opened to refill the coffee beans, we found that the inside of the machine hadn't been cleaned. This was a very unhygienic and nauseating sight. On a Positive Side: The food was truly excellent and the variety was more than sufficient. I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration in terms of guest satisfaction, and I believe that with the necessary adjustments, your hotel will offer a much more enjoyable experience.

We went in mid-October 2025. A 7-day package cost 145,000 rubles, and we concluded that the trip was worth the money. We really liked the hotel!) I was looking for a hotel that was fresh, and this one turned out to be just that. It looks like it's been recently renovated; all the rooms are modern, with new or updated furniture. There's hot water in the shower. We had a very good bathroom. I think it was building #3. The grounds are small, very cozy, and well-kept. There's a lot of staff, everyone works tirelessly, and the food is varied and delicious. I was worried the selection would be limited, but in fact, the meat dishes were different every day! There wasn't much fish, though. Fruit options included tangerines, oranges, apples, and some truly amazing grapes. There's a snack bar, a pool bar, and flatbreads. In short, don't worry about the food. Alcohol is a problem here, though. It's not tasty, not strong, and watered down. So we didn't get a chance to get drunk during all those days. We didn't even use the hammam or sauna. The gym is very tired, it's just there for show. But you can run around the city and the beach. The pool is cleaned every day, the grounds are constantly tidied up, all the plants are well-groomed and trimmed. The smells from the blooming trees are amazing! There are a lot of cats, but they look good and don't bother you. The view of the mountains from the pool is simply magical!)) Next to the fence is an orange orchard, and... a chicken coop)) In the mornings, the roosters wake you up and it feels like you're waking up in the countryside with your grandmother. The music isn't very modern, but people over 40 like it. The market nearby is really not that great. Mediocre. For interesting shopping, it's better to go to the big cities. The clientele is mostly elderly people and couples with children. So this hotel is not meant for young people. For that, we went to Kemer and Kas. We rented a car. Mountains, trails, hikes, bays, and secluded beaches are all within walking distance. So, if you're looking for a quiet, beautiful place to relax, check out this hotel—you won't regret it.

We stayed at the Miramor Garden Resort (Turkey) for 8 nights from September 17, 2025. Overall, our impressions were mixed – there were some pleasant moments and some unpleasant surprises. Pros: Delicious food – you can always find something to suit your taste. Cozy and green grounds, plenty of shade and flowers. Convenient location: just a 15-minute bus ride to the nearest town. Beautiful nature all around – a mountain nearby, accessible by foot. The beach, although small, has a long, gentle slope into the sea. The staff is friendly and helpful. Cons: We found bedbugs in room 3216 (bungalow). On the second night, we were bitten and had to change rooms. This was done fairly quickly, but only after persistent requests. A couple of days later, we noticed that other guests had been checked into the same infested room again. The main drawback for me is the presence of bedbugs. I never thought you'd encounter this in a modern hotel. The price-quality ratio was acceptable, if not for the bedbug incident. I'd like to specifically mention the tour operator Pegas Touristik. I submitted a complaint on September 20, 2025 (request number: 68ce97510d2a0b4630520e40), but I never received any feedback. It seems like this is normal practice—to simply accept the fact and do nothing. Conclusion: The hotel itself has potential, but the sanitary issues and the tour operator's attitude spoiled the overall impression. This hotel is not for everyone, but I strongly recommend Pegas Touristik.

I really liked the hotel and its facilities. One of the advantages is the short walk to the beach and the friendly staff. I would also like to mention the chief of bar, Fatih, in a positive light. I highly recommend this hotel.

As for the hotel, the reviews we found were mixed. That's why we didn't have high expectations. But we were pleasantly surprised. We arrived around midnight, 2 porters immediately ran out, helped with the luggage to the reception and to the room, the receptionist was also ready, spoke decent English, explained everything, we could also go to the restaurant for a meal. The room in the main building was as per the attached photos, instead of one room we got a "family" with two smaller rooms and two balconies. It was very clean everywhere, daily room service, maybe unnecessary to change towels every day, as they are allowed to be used only in the room. The staff was very nice and helpful, with some exceptions they spoke English, otherwise the resort is mostly focused on Russian clientele, we met quite a few Poles and some Czechs, more like families with children. There are always enough sun beds by the pool and by the sea, not always under umbrellas. The music by the pool is mostly in the form of dance remixes of international hits ;-). The pool and slides are great, the beach is narrow but clean and uncrowded, I recommend water shoes, especially for children. The food is great, tasty, always something from the grill (meat, vegetables), lots of salads, always something from minced meat, fish, chicken or turkey, rice, potatoes, pasta, we don't take the fact that it hasn't changed fundamentally as a problem (who can eat all this at home at once...?), the desserts are also tasty, attractive. The animation program for children is minimal, only dancing on the stage in the evening. For adults - water polo, water zumba, evening programs - music quiz, live singer, etc. Many shops nearby - I recommend exchanging EUR or USD in advance, minimum TRY, card payment is usually possible, but with exceptions they convert to TRY and the exchange rate is less advantageous. For this hotel category, after experiences from other destinations, the performance/price ratio is very decent. Nice garden, nice views of mountains. We recommend!!!

I wish I had read a review like this before booking. Our stay at this hotel was disappointing on almost every level. Let me break it down clearly, so you know what you’re getting into. The Bad: • Noise: There was constant noise until late at night – loud music, shouting, and bar activity. It’s impossible to relax or get kids to sleep before midnight. If you’re looking for peace or traveling with children, this place is absolutely not for you. • Bathrooms: The shower was completely limescaled and sprayed water in all directions. It felt more like a broken garden hose than a proper shower. Maintenance clearly isn’t a priority here. • Staff Priorities: Bartenders and service staff cater mostly to guests who are there to drink alcohol. As a non-drinking family, we were repeatedly overlooked or made to wait. It genuinely felt like we were second-class guests. • Dishonesty About Drinks: They serve sugary soft drinks even when you ask for diet/light versions – and they lie about it. This is not just frustrating, it’s dangerous for people with diabetes. When we asked again, we were told it was “just the same.” It’s not. • Cleanliness: The rooms weren’t properly cleaned. Dust and dirt in corners, sticky floors, and bathroom grime. • Restaurant: The dining area is chaotic and extremely loud – not in a vibrant way, just in a stressful, overwhelming way. Worst of all, the cutlery was often dirty. We found dried food on forks and greasy smudges on plates. Hygiene clearly isn’t taken seriously. • Towel Charges: You have to pay 6 euros per day to rent a beach towel. Yes – per day. This felt like a money grab, especially when you’ve already paid for an “all inclusive” experience. Bring your own towel or prepare to be irritated. The Okay (if I had to find something): • The location was decent – walking distance to a few shops and beach. • The pool area looked alright from a distance.

Mimořádně milý, ochotný a přátelský personál. Bezplatný upgrade plné penze na all inclusive. Velký bazén přístupný do pozdních nočních hodin. Velmi chutná kuchyně. Dobrá lokalita.
