The two ladies in the Guest Relations office were the most caring and affectionate staff at the hotel. They were really warm-hearted. Thank you for your attention and kindness.

We are currently staying at the hotel, and I have to say that the service is completely disappointing. The hotel itself has been renovated and looks nice – the rooms, the lobby, the overall appearance. Two pools are functional and they’re okay. However, part of the hotel is not renovated, and the pool with a few slides is also out of service. That’s the area where they hold the show time and mini disco in the evening. We were in Turkey last year and I was amazed by the service in that hotel, but this one is honestly a disgrace. I’ve never complained about food in any hotel before, and I used to be surprised when people gave negative reviews about it – but here, it’s literally a 2 out of 10. The food is tasteless, mostly boiled vegetables with different sauces, and always the same type of fish. Most of the time the food trays are empty, and you’re left waiting. Once in a few days you might find some meat – if you’re lucky enough to get it – because they ration it, and they don’t prepare more until the previous trays are completely empty, even if guests are waiting in line. Dinner starts at 7, and by 8 there’s nothing left, and the staff are unwilling to prepare more. We even had to wait in line for over 30 minutes just for someone to approve cooking some pasta. Meat basically doesn’t exist here – if there is any, it’s one type and that’s it. Out of all the hotels I’ve ever stayed in, this is the first time I feel the need to complain about food, because there is literally no choice. You’re forced to eat whatever is left over, and that seems to be the whole point. They leave out fish and potatoes, and that’s it. Even the salad bar is empty by 8 p.m., and they don’t refill it. The beach is very narrow – it’s okay for small kids because there are no strong waves – but overall, I would never return to this hotel.”

Everything was cool, it was our best holidays new hotel, sea, beach and coast are close to hotel, I think Özkaymak marina is the best hotel in Turkey, we were with two children and Animator Alina every time helps us, she is open-minded girl. Food on breakfast and dinner were great, we had lunch on snack bar that’s why I can’t tell what was on lunch. Every day we’re different show like Africa dancers, Michele Jackson show, Modern dance. Sea and beach were clean, sea was warm! Kids swam all time, actually like me and husband. So if you want to relax and have a good rest you can choose Özkaymak marina!! I hope we will back next year!🤞🏻

They said the hotel was renovated. But I realized that renovating a hotel is not important at all. The service is so bad. Why aren't the employees disciplined? Especially the animators. Everything in the hotel is a lie. We paid. But we didn't get what we paid for. The beach is a disappointment. It's crowded and uncomfortable. You pay for the sunbeds.

I didn't like it very much. The service is very bad. Everything is very expensive. The concept is not suitable. They want money for everything. This hotel doesn't have a beach. You use a beach in the park right in front of it. The animation is also very bad. Please stay away from the disco tours.

The hotel is right in the middle of Kemer and by the harbour. It could be better. But for some reason it seems like they don't want to do good business. Everything is about money. A mentality that constantly demands payment. Shops in the hotel are running after you. Animation is running after you. The beach is paid. We are tired of the holiday. We didn't even stay the last night. We came back.

Honestly, I didn't like it at all. You see spoiled animators everywhere in the hotel. They are usually interested in women. They invite you to disco tours. THIS is not good. We have not heard any good things about disco tours. You should be careful. Don't trust them.

Bad management. Bad selection. Very bad staff selection. Bad restaurant. Bad bars. No good service at all. Does the hotel not have a manager? Who chooses the animators? Animators are just trying to get the customers' money. Don't go to the disco tours. I have never seen such a bad hotel. What kind of a hotel is this? I wish it was good. Never again

The rooms are not very standard. The hotel is like a factory. It is not clear who is who. A hotel without a system. The restaurant services are already bad. The animation is bad. We thought it had a beach. But the beach is paid. We were surprised that they asked for a fee. They said they were tenants. They bothered us. We also complained to our agency. They should not work with this hotel. It is not suitable at all. It is a hotel far from 5 star standards. It cannot get 2 more stars. They also bought the hotel next door and included it. They market the 2 star hotel next door as this hotel. The staff is not good.
