Hotel was very nice and very clean 2 buildings there are 2 different to to the other side of the walk, the bridge to the other side and cross the road do not bother, quiet street, the rooms are very clean, every day clean towels! And WI-fi need to stay log in, does it again! We also have an excursion done, really very very nice, waterfalls in Manavgat, and shopping in Alanya

Hotel was very clean, and staff were helpful. The section of beach that was part of hotel great, and good that could get drinks and food there too

The animators didn’t understand that some people didn’t want to participate. The location is good, the food is good – service depends on the day. I recommend it for those with low expectations!

Housekeeping was also disappointing—some staff didn’t clean properly and often left towels and bed sheets unchanged

The hotel has 4 stars, and that’s how I rate it – I remember the trip fondly, though the poolside animations were unfortunately a bit annoying and repetitive

The shuttle service only goes to the town centre twice a day, but there’s no return option, which is inconvenient. Meal times are strict—if lunch ends at 2 pm, you’re told to leave the dining tables by 2:15 pm

There is a smoking and non-smoking area on the beach. I advise anyone who cares about the number to immediately purchase the required category. Deluxe rooms are completely renovated rooms

We stayed here as a family of 8 with a disabled child in a wheelchair some minor improvements can be made but overall had a fantastic experience accommodated us really well plenty of food and drinks throughout the whole day no restrictions whatsoever ever was every childs dream with ice creams drink sushi's

I was especially pleased with the beach and sea. Food is served on the beach from 10:00 a. It's very clean, and someone constantly walks around cleaning, sweeping, and tidying up everything

They'll find a sun lounger and bring it to you if you can't find one yourself. Emerald water, fish, small pebbles, and we didn't even need our water shoes. The entry into the sea was comfortable

We had a jacuzzi in the room, which was a nice upgrade, but it was dirty as well. Even after asking several times for it to be cleaned, it never really was. Food-wise, I’d give it a 4 out of 5

This was our second stay at Lumos Deluxe, as we visited last year and really enjoyed it — that’s why we decided to come back. Unfortunately, this time our experience wasn’t nearly as good

WiFi provided and reached right down to the beach, good signal all around the hotel. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will be returning

Our first nights were booked at another five-star hotel (Miarosa Kemer Beach), where we experienced unacceptable treatment and hygiene issues — we even saw a rat in the room — which made us worry this might be the norm in Turkey

After learning about our situation with the previous hotel, the Sailors Beach team handled everything with complete professionalism and ensured the rest of our holiday was exceptional — to the point we didn’t want to leave

After a couple of hours, the bus returned and we took our luggage. In general, the hotel was good rooms are neat. If you are not a peaky person you can find to eat something on all time

I was super excited about this hotel from the moment I arrived. The atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, the staff were genuinely friendly, and everything was so well taken care of

I would like to mention that the cleaning lady came to our room every day to change the towels, refill the soaps and shampoos, and tidy up, because I see that there are many bad reviews regarding hygiene

I’m also adding some photos to show that it really was okay. There was always a big variety of food to choose from, and yes, they changed it daily so everyone could find something they liked

The sea is practically right at the hotel, the kids had a great time and adults too. Just 5 minutes on foot from the hotel you’ll find the famous Turkish streets full of shops

After breakfast, the snack bar opened right away where you could eat by the bar, then lunch, and between meals there was always something in the open buffet

In the evening dinner was served, and even after dinner there was still food available inside. Some meals repeated, but many were replaced with new options

They also prepared fresh dishes outside every day – for breakfast you could make your own toast or have freshly made pancakes

A good hotel with strong animation. Cold breakfasts and generally cold food. The beach is narrow, the entrance to the sea is bad, there are stones. There are catastrophically few sun loungers

And of course, the entertainment is varied for both children and adults, with karaoke, live music, a disco, and a beach disco. Overall, we were delighted! I recommend visiting this hotel!

The staff was very good and friendly. The art team is active and involves the guests in different activities. The area around doesn't have trusted shopping stores, so you need to go to Novamall

The cleanliness of the rooms was 10/10. The food was varied and everyone could find something to their liking

The hotel services are at a high level, everyone is nice and tries to help as best they can, even though there is often a language barrier, as most of the employees speak german and even less english

There are daily activities available for guests who want to join in, contributing to a lively and welcoming atmosphere. The pool area is lovely, and the beach is also very enjoyable

The beach is about a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel, but there is a shuttle service from the hotel, so you can get to the beach in a few seconds

We stayed at the Grand Ring Hotel in Kemer, Antalya for a week as a family, and it honestly exceeded all our expectations

The hotel’s facilities were fantastic — three pools (two outdoor and one indoor), a lovely spa, a private beach area, and even a club for guests 16 and over

Everything about our stay was perfect — the hotel was spotlessly clean, the food was delicious and varied every day, and there was truly something for everyone at every meal

The animation team, especially Mert, Engin, and the animation manager (whose name we unfortunately didn’t catch), made our stay even more enjoyable

They were so welcoming and full of energy, and the evening entertainment was top quality and different every night

The main buffet ran like clockwork (Breakfast 07:00–10:30, Lunch 12:30–14:00, and Dinner 19:00–21:00). The variety changed daily, and it was a treat to see fresh food cooked right in front of you

Connectivity: The Wi-Fi was excellent throughout the hotel and even reached as far as the beach! Location & Local Area: A 10-minute walk from the hotel brings you to several markets

The rooms had a convenient "Clean Room/Do Not Disturb" switch system, and our rooms were cleaned daily, even on the mornings we chose to sleep in! The beds were comfortable with soft pillows, and the rooms felt bright with plenty of lighting and lamps

The buffet was constantly restocked, and the waiters were incredibly attentive and friendly. Additionally, the Food Bar next to the outdoor pool (open 11:00–17:00) was a personal favourite

A complimentary mini-bar was restocked daily, which was a lovely touch. The only minor issue was a slightly slow drain in one of our bathrooms, but it didn't impact our stay significantly

It offered a full waiter service for both food and drinks. They also featured specific dessert hours for fresh waffles, pancakes, and ice cream, which were delicious

Fantastic hotel, food and rooms great. What made the holiday more memorable were the staff from cleaners, waiters/waitresses and especially the entertainment team, nothing to much trouble had fantastic time.

The Aquagym instructor this year was different from last year — and what a great improvement! Last year we were also impressed with the kids’ club lady, and she’s still absolutely amazing

Perfect holiday! Located close to the airport, so transfer time is less. The private beach is big enough, there are enough sunbeds, the water is clear, no rocks

Food - Good variety in main buffet, themed dinners every night. Excellent snack choices throughout the day. Drink - Plenty of bars, queues never more than 5mins

This is usually when kids went back into hotel and the beach bar down the bottom had further entertainment e. g bingo, karaoke, live bands etc

The entertainment team have also been fantastic, shout out to Moni who always had time for a picture and a silly request or chat from our little ones

Cocktails were slightly poor but beer and spirits were great. Rooms - we stayed in the main block, 2nd floor facing an empty space and another hotel in the distance

A la carte more like a set menu as you do not get to choose anything. Evening shows at an indoor theatre, which noes not make it very attractive. Better when arranged by the beach at times

Also, some people reserving sun beds and not being there for hours is not appreciated as others could use the sunbeds. Heating the pool by using solar power might be an idea

Beach ok but also there, too much of the space shaded by the fabric covers that cannot be moved. Guests better nationality wise compared to many other places in Turkiye

Not too many of that specific nationality that we do not appreciate for their behaviour. Food rather nice most of the time. Rarely any table service for drinks. Also at bars, the staff more attentive after tipping

Did observe some of the staff grooming young girls and some women. Maybe that is a service of some kind. Many of us fell ill with a tummy bug of some sort, or could have been caused by covid, who knows

A wonderful hotel for a holiday with children. The relatively small area allows you to relax and look after the children (they won’t get lost, as happens in large areas). The beach is very close, clean, well-groomed area

Beach was tidy, beach restaurant had everything you wanted+ vitamin bar with Yummy drinks if your want ( specially ice coffee). Around the hotel many shops for shopaholics like me

i believe it caters all tastes, at least i had a lot to choose from. drinks in the bars- variety, international as well. wifi free of charge everywhere, even on the beach

Sunbeds and beach bar were free, but still, nothing exciting. No hidden fees, but some strict rules: no food in the room, no glass at the pool. The TV only had German and Turkish channels, no English

Other than shopping and beach, there’s nothing to do in the area. Shops are expensive, clearly taking advantage of tourists. The beach was nice, but no umbrellas just net covers

Food was basic, repetitive, and uninspired both in the restaurant and at the beach bar. Drinks were even worse at the beach, watered down and flavorless

Overall, our vacation at Luna Blanca Resort & Spa was more than perfect. It was a combination of luxury, relaxation, and fun, and we highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a top holiday by the coast

The staff were professional, welcoming, and really made me feel comfortable. The hammam and sauna were spotless and very relaxing, and the massage I had was one of the best I’ve experienced

Rest is always great! From the pros. Sea, entry into the sea is good with children. 10 meters to you only up to your waist. Beach sand. Sun beds with motrass, provide beach towels. Sun canopies. Beach bar.

Lovely Hotel with Great Service – Just a Few Minor Niggles We really enjoyed our stay at the Ramada Plaza Antalya. The hotel is lovely, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our visit

They welcome new guests very nicely, helps with luggage from a taxi and helps at the reception dest, comes with drinks while organising papers

We enjoyed kids club as well, they could play there without parents , and the best of all kids disco every evening

Main entertainment is at the beach , but the Ramada does entertainment most nights apart from Sundays , we found this to be a good night out be it bingo or the famous Karaoke , The staff at the outside bar are excellent , and the main barman and his young apprentice do a fantastic job , best cocktails ever

Fantastic 10-Day Stay – Best Holiday in Turkey Yet! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just arrived home after an excellent 10-day stay, and I have to say this was the best food I’ve had in Turkey

Entertainment team is brilliant at the main pool , I took part every day in the pool games darts shooting , really made you feel welcome , beach also has pizza , lovely and a big eating area , free ice cream and cones all day , and they are as excellent standard

The hotel is wonderful, location is perfect ( near the beach), plenty great different food, great service

Wonderful place to spend vacation with friends and family. Exceptional service , warming atmosphere , great selection of food and amenities. Highly recommend to anyone valuing high quality time at the beautiful country

Towels for the beach were also provided, very convenient. The food was delicious and varied. There were shops nearby, plus several stores inside the hotel itself, even a pharmacy

However, prices at the pharmacy were extremely high – for example, throat lozenges that normally cost 25–30 RON were 70 RON. The kids’ pool was great, but often used by adults without children, which was inconvenient

Housekeeping was excellent – daily cleaning, very attentive and friendly staff, and the minibar was always restocked. Fresh bottled water was available everywhere, which was a big plus

Also, not all staff spoke English, and some guests weren’t very welcoming towards our energetic baby. Overall, the resort offers great service, tasty food, and excellent facilities

Just on our last day of holiday at Side Crown Serenity Hotel. Definitely not a 5 star hotel but lots of positives. Loads of food to choose from at meal times lovely Breads and plentiful

We booked the restaurant one night and it was beautiful, so much food! Rooms very clean all staff work hard. Very generous with all alcoholic drinks and cocktails. There needs to be more information given out to guests

Had to figure out how to get to Side town ourselves no help from reception. No information about entertainment which only happened one night our whole stay

Drinks were local but absolutely fine. Entertainment was ok some good shows. Shuttle bus down to beach every 15 mins which was really good. Beach lovely as was the beach bar. Plenty of food and drink again

This hotel is really great. Nice clean rooms and especially Murat and Hakan from the entertainment team are awesome!!!

We stayed here for 10 days. The Service was verry good , the Food also and everything was clean. The best thing was the Animation Team. They Are so carefull and we had so much fun with them . We will go here again
