For us, the hotel is in a great location, with a wonderful private beach. The atmosphere is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. You can have fun and relax. The service is worthy of five stars. We would love to come back here again.

The hotel does not live up to 5 stars, especially regarding kids’ animation and room arrangements. Accommodation: We booked a room for 4 people — grandmother, mother, and two grandchildren — but upon check-in, the room was apparently designed for only 3 people. The room had one large double bed and two small sofa beds, which was very inconvenient for a family. Bedding, towels, and robes were also only for three people. The room was very small, and the bathroom and furnishings were old and worn. Despite this, cleaning was done daily, and the room was kept tidy. Kids’ Animation: The animators do run some shows and activities, but they appear completely uninterested — no emotions, no energy, no engagement at all. Kids’ animation basically consists of sitting children in front of cartoons for several hours while the animators scroll on their phones or chat with each other. The children are practically left on their own. Hardly any staff speak English, which makes communication with both children and parents very difficult. The playground area also raises serious safety concerns — some of the equipment looked old and unsafe, especially for younger children. Staff: I especially want to highlight the friendly staff — cleaning ladies, Turkish bartenders, and Turkish waiters. They deserve special thanks because they were the ones creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the hotel. Additional Notes: It seems that smoking is allowed in some rooms. My sister’s room was completely smoked up and smelled terribly. Our room was also too small for four people, even though it was booked for a family. Overall: The hotel was disappointing in terms of kids’ animation and accommodation. Thanks to the friendly cleaning staff, Turkish bartenders, and waiters, the atmosphere was somewhat pleasant, but overall, the comfort and animation level do not meet 5-star standards. Beach cleanliness: The cleanliness of the beach raises concerns. Along the shoreline, especially near the pier, there is a lot of litter — bottle caps, plastic debris, and other trash. It seems that cleaning is done mainly in the areas with sunbeds, while the rest of the beach along the water remains quite dirty.

Very good, clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Great location right by the sea with a well-maintained, large beach and lots of leisure activities. Good public transport connections to the center of Side, Manavgat, Antalya, and Alanya. All-inclusive with a rich buffet and good cuisine. Comfortable and very clean rooms. The Hotel Sueno Beach Side in Side is a very good choice for a week's vacation.

We stayed at this hotel and were absolutely delighted! Everything was perfect – from the service to the way children are treated. The staff was polite, attentive, and always ready to help. We would like to give special thanks to the guest relations team – Jazira and Zeynep. They were always there for us, solving any issues quickly and with a smile. Thanks to them, our stay was smooth and enjoyable. This hotel truly deserves a 10 out of 10. We will definitely come back again and gladly recommend it to our friends and family!

I liked the hotel and the rest in it in general. The food is good, there is everything. All day and all night... The territory is huge, clean, well-groomed. There are a lot of cats, there is even a cat house.

Amazing hotel. Everything is top notch. Absolute five. The bar in the room is replenished daily, circus shows in the animation, a huge amount of food, as well as cocktails. I will definitely come there again.

A very large hotel with a huge green area. Many swimming pools, restaurants, bars. The hotel is 80 percent full at the end of September. Lots of foreigners - Europeans, Turks and Russians. Daily evening shows. Good animation. We had a fun 10 days of vacation.
