That shows how much I enjoyed it! The hotel has a beautiful, well organised beach with small pebbles and crystal clear water. I loved spending my mornings there, just relaxing and swimming

The animation team, led by Murad (he’s a real rock star!), made everyone feel welcome and included. During the day, the atmosphere is calm and peaceful, which creates a perfect balance between relaxation and fun

All the bar staff were consistently polite, helpful and professional. Drinks were always available, and I really appreciated being able to get a nice coffee or tea whenever I wanted

On top of that, there are a la carte restaurants and a few snack bars around the resort, which makes it easy to grab something tasty anytime during the day

Evenings were always full of energy, the animation shows were genuinely entertaining, and after that, there was live music or a DJ performance every night

The food was another highlight, every meal (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) offered a great variety and everything tasted fresh and delicious

Not stated as part of their service but they have a couple of guys doing rounds on the pier and pool areas taking drink orders, nice touch! Had the usual as we do on most hols where people book beds by the pool early doors with towels

However that didn't bother us, came down for 9am breakfast and outside and down to the pier/beach area with plenty of beds with the sea cooling breeze and crystal clear waters

One to try if you fancy a special treat is the bungalows on the end of the pier. The views were spectacular and the service outstanding. They got you everything you wanted pretty much instantly

> Hand made pizza cooked in wooden owen. Tasty! > Turkish food (lahmacun, pide, köfte, dolma etc) as they should be. > Live music (Jazz in the lobby, violin in the cellar etc) is lovely

So I am not exactly sure of why some people have complaints of this hotel. The service was fab and always helpful with a smile. The food and drink again was great with a wide variety

Not for swimming > Service at the dining area. The number of servers could be more. > Ice cream / Bubble Tea: Nice touch! > Dining area: Not crowded. > Desserts: Not too many varieties

We spent 6 days here and it was truly a great experience. Beach and pool areas were both clean and comfortable. Services, foods and drinks were all top notch as well

Now it has many advantages, but it has two major problems: first, the host of the entertainment group (JJ) always speaks insultingly and humiliatingly towards Iranians; While most of the guests are Iranian

This was the most decent hotel regarding the music (not too loud, also we could hear Turkish music) but the surrounding hotels were very noisy, even in the evening to go for a walk you had to pass between loud music
