Air condition too noisy and too weak, not enough beach chairs already at 10am, the gym needs renewal. Certainly not a 5 star hotel. Very old tired rooms and bathrooms. Food was below average. Some of the meat served was not cooked properly. Poorly maintained facilities, bad service overall.

Hands down one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had as a family. Our baby (1,5 y) got the sweetest kind of attention and care at the Kidsclub. The rooms are clean and the staff everywhere is incredible. Especially our assistant Ebru Tazefidan made our stay even more special. She made it feel like we were staying at a family home, really warm and cozy. Overall a 1000 out of ten.
