Wonderful hotel, delicious food, very good entertainment staff, especially Zukhra, Anastasia, and Anna. The entrance to the sea is excellent, with small pebbles and good Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and at the sea. This is my second time staying at this hotel and I'll definitely be back!

We stayed at the hotel in June 2022, and the service was excellent! The food was delicious, there were no lines or crowds, and the sea and coastline were fantastic! The hotel is right on the beach, which is very convenient. The grounds are small but very cozy, surrounded by greenery! The entertainment team was fantastic, and they had all the entertainment they needed. The mini disco and evening entertainment were fantastic!

We're currently staying at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised. It's a decent hotel, clean, well-maintained grounds, beautiful mountains all around, and the food is delicious. We came here to relax and weren't looking for negatives. The staff is polite and dedicated, and the kids' club is also great; it's hard to drag our 8-year-old away 😄. The room is cleaned every day 👍, the sea is clean, and the entry is gradual. Overall, we're happy and recommend it.

The hotel is wonderful. The food is varied and, most importantly, delicious. There's a wonderful water park on the hotel grounds. The hotel is conveniently located, with shops nearby where you can buy everything you need. I'd also like to highlight the hotel's entertainment staff. They're fun and run all the activities well.

I originally planned to stay for just five nights at Crystal Aura, but I ended up extending my stay to two full weeks. That’s how much I enjoyed it! The hotel has a beautiful, organised beach with small pebbles and clear water. I loved spending my mornings there, just relaxing and swimming. The food was another highlight, every meal (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) offered a great variety and everything tasted fresh and delicious. On top of that, there are a la carte restaurants and a few snack bars around the resort, which makes it easy to grab something tasty anytime during the day. Evenings were always full of energy, the animation shows were genuinely entertaining, and after that, there was live music or a DJ performance every night. The animation team, led by Murad (he’s a real rock star!), made everyone feel welcome and included. During the day, the atmosphere is calm and peaceful, which creates a perfect balance between relaxation and fun. All the bar staff were consistently polite, helpful and professional. Drinks were always available, and I really appreciated being able to get a nice coffee or tea whenever I wanted. My room was spacious, well-maintained, and spotless with a balcony and daily cleaning service including fresh towels. Check-in was smooth, I arrived a bit early, but they kindly invited me to enjoy lunch while my room was being prepared. The location is another big plus, right in Kemer centre, so shops, cafes, and the marina are all within walking distance. Overall, it was such a pleasant and comfortable stay that I honestly didn’t want to leave. I’ll definitely come back again next summer!

We checked into the hotel late this evening and were given a room right away, and it was wonderful! We asked where we could go for a meal, and the staff said there was an Italian à la carte restaurant open. We arrived late, around 10:10 p.m., and the restaurant was empty. We were greeted by a very friendly waiter who brought us menus, and we were thoroughly enjoyed our meal! The food and service were excellent. Bilal and the Italian team were fantastic! Our first impression of the hotel was 5+!

The best expierence in the hotel was Italian a la carte served by Bilal and his team:) the guys where so positive and friendly that we will definitely back here. And the food was so delicious. Tiramisu especially:) Thank you Bilal for take care of us:)

Review: I stayed at Crystal Aura Beach Resort & Spa, Kemer, and unfortunately, my experience was very negative. 1. The room was dirty and poorly maintained, with visible dirt and mold in the bathroom (see photo). 2. Safety was unacceptable – there was unsecured electrical wiring inside the wardrobe, which is a serious risk, especially for families with children. 3. The restaurant was too small for the hotel’s capacity. There were long queues for food, and at the entrance, there was an unpleasant sewage smell mixed with kitchen fumes. 4. Upon arrival, no room was available, even though it was booked via a travel agency. I was offered a temporary room on the 3rd floor without an elevator, where the corridor was dirty, with toilet paper on the floor and even a cockroach running around. The staff even asked for a tip to change the room. 5. The facilities were neglected. In the patisserie, there was a dirty rag under the fridge (see photo), which is completely unhygienic. This hotel does not match the standards it claims to represent. I do not recommend this hotel, as it is far below the level of a 4 or 5 resort.**
