The territory is clean and very large: you can find everything you need and want, adults and children animation is at a high level, especially Angelina form from mini-club, she really loves children and children loves her

Cannot recommend this hotel enough! We had the most amazing experience as a family of 4 including 2 children aged 1 & 13. We were all inclusive in a double standard room pool side

We’ve booked two rooms in this resort for two families: 2 adults and 1 adult + 2 children. Our staying was really amazing: hospitality at the reception, cozy and nice new rooms with fantastic garden view from the balcony

It's a very tasty local wine; it doesn't give me headaches, there are no stains, and it tastes very pleasant. Entertainment for children and adults from morning until evening; everyone can find something to enjoy

The animation team, led by Murad (he’s a real rock star!), made everyone feel welcome and included. During the day, the atmosphere is calm and peaceful, which creates a perfect balance between relaxation and fun

Evenings were always full of energy, the animation shows were genuinely entertaining, and after that, there was live music or a DJ performance every night

On top of that, there are a la carte restaurants and a few snack bars around the resort, which makes it easy to grab something tasty anytime during the day

The food was another highlight, every meal (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) offered a great variety and everything tasted fresh and delicious

All the bar staff were consistently polite, helpful and professional. Drinks were always available, and I really appreciated being able to get a nice coffee or tea whenever I wanted

Like many similar hotels getting a sun lounger in sun or shade near pool or on beach can be challenging. Food: Food is available, all inclusive, virtually 24 hours per day

Daima biz hotel is an amazing place for family and children, the location is good, there are many water slides which the kids love them, the have a lot of activities for children like the mermaids show really entertaining show for the kids, I would recommend the Daima biz hotel to family and friends and the staff are really helpful and friendly especially Kevin and Coneyd

The slides and pools are fun and snorkeling with the fish 🐠 is absolutely amazing

Souhir in the mini club and mini disco was amazing my daughter absolutely loved her so is so good with the kids 😊 Ismail made my children holiday one they will never forget he was amazing they looked forward to darts everyday and had the biggest smiles as soon as they saw him

Had the most AMAZING family holiday here. The value for money is outstanding. Loved the food and location with the Kingdom of the sea being a firm favourite. The beach had plenty of loungers and space to swim

The water park and playground are excellent. The hotel has a spa and gym, which can be used for an additional fee. The spa treatments are wonderful and very relaxing. I really enjoyed the spa massage

The food is very varied and delicious. There are lots of sweets for children. The only drawback is that the beach is not always clean. I highly recommend it for young people and families

Not stated as part of their service but they have a couple of guys doing rounds on the pier and pool areas taking drink orders, nice touch! Had the usual as we do on most hols where people book beds by the pool early doors with towels

It's not a huge area, so there aren't many people and no unnecessary noise. Privacy is always nicer than a circus. No blaring music on the beach. Pleasant, unobtrusive music plays by the pool

So I am not exactly sure of why some people have complaints of this hotel. The service was fab and always helpful with a smile. The food and drink again was great with a wide variety

The pool is fabulous too but our favourite place is the hotel pier; the view from it is beautiful. When we go we don't actually leave the hotel because everything we need is there

However that didn't bother us, came down for 9am breakfast and outside and down to the pier/beach area with plenty of beds with the sea cooling breeze and crystal clear waters

The cleaners were good in the room, communal areas, pools, bars etc. The place was always spotless. The pool area, daytime entertainment, slides were all brilliant

Most of our staff enjoyed our dinner and we will for sure come back to sailors for our next Staff bonding or staff party in the future

i think time to change all umbrellas at the pools and at the beach, most of them not properly opened, some of them broken. Also need to replace all sun loungers. For example Litore Resort hotel Alanya's ones

the staff takes good care of you there is also a program every night so you won’t be bored! It also has a nice beach and 2 swimming pools one inside and one outside, you can also go to the spa to relax it’s close to the centre of Kemer so if you like shopping it’s a great place for you! There is also ice cream place where you can get ice cream

we are really pleased with our visit. Everyone was very kind and everyone was really funny. Elif with the other man (big and good-looking:)) were really good at the reception they had humor and really explained well

In the mornings it was almost impossible to find a free sunbed, as most of them were “reserved” with towels both on the beach and by the pool, even though many remained unused

I spent one pleasant week in late October at L'oceanica Even if the family oriented hotel is a budget one, most of the 5 stars features are offered, just the quality is 4 stars according People who were in premium 5 stars hotels can tell immediately the difference

we came here with our 4-month old and she really likes to swim, but I can't swim with her if I can't stand the coldness even myself?! Of course we asked about that and they just replied that yes, season is ending, the pool heating is turned off

Overall we had a great experience - the hamam and massages were good, the weather was nice, pool area was calm and pretty, local cats were the cutest. Food - nothing special, but totally fine

But the biggest problem I had with our stay is that the hotel turned off pool heating already 3 days before our vacation ended, which was at the first place my only request with my vacation (the pool heating!)

The hotel was truly impressive! The atmosphere is wonderful and very comfortable, the staff is friendly, and everyone does their job perfectly! My husband and I had a wonderful vacation!

(PSA here, the white one is a bit dangerous when multiple people use it. ) There's even a pool bar where you are encouraged to drink while swimming. Only real complaint is you'll run into a wasp every now and then

Just spent two weeks at this hotel and can honestly say it's one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. Food and service were fantastic and the staff were so lovely. Nothing was too much trouble for them

For your reference, in real 5* you also get - toothbrush, toothpaste, blades, floss at least. I was not on a vacation but worked remotely so had to spend a lot of time in the room

So during the day, I had to turn on that particular lamp to get some electricity in the socket. In the hall there are not so many sockets too. but I guess no one needs them besides me

But convenient sockets in the room are necessities. The food was great, I was able to find smth to eat each time. There were many desserts too, but most of them tasted the same

and in 5* hotel you’d expect a socket by each bedside, in reality, in this hotel, there was ONE socket by one side of the bed which only worked when the bed lights was on

The room itself was fine, but when you look closer, you realize that “ugm yeah this is not 5* for sure*. In some places near the entrance, the laminate was swollen

but I suppose in high season they don't have time to clean the taps, bathtub, etc. they provide shampoo, shower gel and slim soap

The sea is incredible and very warm and pure. The food is mouth-watering and you can even see how it's cooked in the stove. Everyday water gymnastics in the pool make you feel fit and cheerful

We are filled with great impressions from our stay in this beautiful country and UK Hotel Kiris! The view from our room's balcony was gorgeous - wonderful mountains and charming orange gardens! The sea is within 2 minutes walking distance of the hotel

Ibrahim is the best bartender (special greetings!) The sea is clean and warm, of course, not the first line, but it's not far away! There are two brand new water slides, open from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00 (by the way, not only children are delighted)
